Large pool and the value. Old(er) property that they do keep clean. The hallway rugs look “tired” but they are clean. The rooms somewhat outdated, but clean.

Limited shower water pressure. Only 3-4 ppl having “breakfast” but the eggs & protein were completely empty. Didn’t get replenished while I was there having a bagel.

Location and price

The hallway to the rooms smelled like a litterbox or old moldy carpet. The ac unit could use a tuneup. It would shut off in the middle of the night

The air conditioning in my room didn't work well, I asked for a room change, but was told there were no free rooms. Room was a bit dirty, my toilet didn't flush. The hotel is not close to any major freeways.

Large pool. Older property but they keep it clean.

Small TV. Lack of power outlets. Shower water pressure. Water was warm and/or hot!

Clean sheets and towels. Great location.

Housekeeping rude. Hotel needs updating and remodeling.

Smell is so bad bathroom sink& shower are water doesn't go out we stay 4day no room clean service. I have been worst place stay in my life.

Very outdated. Room very dreary looking Carpet dirty and stinky. I had the apartment suite No pictures on the walls. Mold on the ceiling, stove very outdated as well as the refrigerator, sink old. Furniture in the living room only a sofa uncomfortable

It?s not the best location if you?d like to walk. An old(er) property but they do a solid job keeping it clean. Tv was smallish/more like a monitor? Most rooms have updated to 50? not this one

The staff were helpful and polite

The room was clean but very worn and looked like it hadn't been update except for paint. The sheets felt like sandpaper and were so worn they had little nubs/pilling. The air conditioner was loud and clanged all night and the outside traffic was loud.

Room is down the hall from conference rooms which held a wedding at night, following morning a church meeting. There were roaches in the bayhroom sink area.

I DID NOT LIKE ANYTHING ABOUT THIS HOTEL. IT WAS DIRTY, SMELLY,MILDEWEY, NOISEY AND THE STAFF WAS UNPROFESSIONAL.

I did not like EVERYTHING about this hotel it needs to be DEMOLISHED.

This hotel was disgusting. Two out of two rooms we asked to change and still got from bad to worse. What was harder to stomach is that the hotel does not own their gross environment. Will post pictures soon. Horrible experience.

No fitness room as stated, loud music all day and night.

The hallways, elevators were filthy. Our bed was NOT made for the three night stay The placeis a dump and shoud be torn down and be rebuilt

I've stayed here 3 times in the past 3 months. Looking seedier each time - missing trim, dirty carpets, missing grout in bathroom, gouged paint, peeling bathroom ceiling. Less staff. I'll look elsewhere. 2 hotels same name in 1/4 mile is confusing

It?s one of 2 options in Coral Springs. Value is fair.

It?s an older property. They keep it clean. Sometimes the hot water is hit/miss but this time was good! Also, great pressure in shower.
