Great location, valet parking attendants very helpful and friendly

Some of the furniture abused and not fixed, TV without smart options (no streaming services), you need to order room cleaning at least 24 hours before, which sounds absurd.Hotel uses app for most interaction,which is not helpful,no phone to call reception

- Sonder app with concierge which is similar to Four Seasons - 1st line to ocean

- parking policy and some of the staff?s attempt to charge more than i used (eg. Saying that i have to pay for whole period of my stay if i need parkingand no daily parking allowed) - room - floor tiles look cheap and unwelcoming/aircon - too loud and

I love the fact that the hotel has it?s own private beach and the room was huge for a standard king plus clean. Staff was very friendly. Just the weekend getaway I needed.

Staff was nice. Breakfast was good.

We requested a late check-out. Even though I am an elevated member, they would only do 1pm. I needed the room for a conference call. The cleaning staff decided to vacuum the hallway for the whole hour. The front desk called the room repeatedly after 12pm.

I thought I had a ocean view room - instead i had an interior room. Bed wasn't comfortable, not enough linens, no refrigerator (until i mentioned it and they brought one to my room). No daily housekeeping unless you request it. Toilet stained, room was pretty bare.

We had an exceptional stay at Hillsboro Beach Resort by KASA in Hillsboro Beach. The property is immaculate, beautifully maintained, and perfectly situated right on the water — waking up to ocean views was a daily highlight. The hotel is thoughtfully appointed with comfortable, high-quality furnishings, and pristine bathrooms. Outdoor spaces are fantastic: the private beach access, spacious deck, and well-kept lawn made relaxing and entertaining effortless. Communication with the management was prompt, professional, and warm; check-in and check-out were seamless. The location is ideal — peaceful and private, yet close to charming local dining and shops. Highly recommend this property for families, couples, or anyone looking for a luxurious, stress-free beach getaway. We can’t wait to return!

Nothing - amazing experience

Perfect room with king bed. Microwave, coffee maker was also in room. Fine bathroom. Big TV.

Stayed in early January and had a great experience. I’ve traveled quite a bit over the years, and I have to say — the location here really can’t be beat. Being just steps from the sand with direct access to the ocean made it one of the most relaxing trips I’ve had in a while. Breakfast each morning was a highlight. Sitting with my coffee while looking out over the ocean was the perfect way to start the day. The food was good, and the view made it even better.The room itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Everything worked, everything felt fresh, and I had everything I needed. No complaints at all. The self-check-in process was smooth and simple, which I appreciated. And during the day, there were team members onsite who were happy to answer any questions. All in all, it was a great stay — quiet, easy, and scenic. I’ll definitely be back.

The property itself is sitting perfectly on the beach. It’s a do it yourself hotel, no housekeeping, unless you pay for it. Also no bus boy to help with luggage to your room.I was sad when I found out the restaurant is not operating so you must get in car to go places out to eat, or order in via uber eats.Jeanine at the front desk made my stay much more enjoyable as she helped me so much during check in.

Trying to find coffee for our room was like a scavenger hunt.

The property was awesome and the beach was beautiful! Staff was super friendly. Had a nice complimentary breakfast with a gorgeous view looking out at the ocean. The room was very clean and large. Bedding was really comfortable with AC working great. HUGE fan!! Highly recommended!!

The view of the sea was really very nice; the same with the beach, right there 'at the garden door'. Breakfast is, perhaps, one of the things you should improve on. There was very little fruit; there were no cold cuts or cheeses.

When I booked the room, I did not understand - or perhaps, it was not that clear - that I had to pay a fee for cleaning service. This is something you should improve on

This was my second stay here, and I honestly think it’s one of the best values for money in all of South Florida.It’s not the fanciest or most over-the-top place, but the rooms are very spacious, consistently clean, and if you book an ocean-view room, the view is absolutely incredible. It's right on the (gorgeous) beach. The staff is also genuinely kind and helpful.The hotel is a little ways away (~8 min drive, ~30 min beach walk) from the downtown area, of Deerfield - as a result the beach feels very private. I recommend taking advantage of the free shuttle (operated by the town of Hillsboro) that runs on tipsEven though the hotel uses phone-based room locks and you don’t have to stop by the lobby, it’s worth it as they put out water, coffee, and other helpful supplies. They’ve also recently added a continental breakfast in the morning (beachside), which is a nice bonus.Overall, if you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, beachfront stay with great value and friendly staff, this place is hard to beat.

The room could have used an extra lamp. I provided this feedback directly to management so hopefully it gets changed soon. Overall not a big deal.

We had an excellent stay in Hillsboro Beach—check-in was smooth, the room was spotless, and every staff member we encountered was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for a relaxing getaway: secluded, quiet, and just steps from the beach with no busy roads to cross, making morning walks to the ocean effortless. The view from our room was absolutely spectacular and truly made the experience unforgettable.

Air conditioning too loud, only one setting- high or off. Why not a low fan? Room could be cleaner- attention to details- floors, dusting Walks are super thin and you can hear the people in next room talking and even their cell phones dinging.
