- It was clean
- Nothing. I didn’t stay the night because it was run down and dirty.
- Nothing, chose to leave.
Cons -
- Right by a very busy street-loud road noise-, black mold in grout in the shower, old worn mattress, very tight parking spaces
- Looked unsafe, Smell, mold on refrigerator etc…..
- It was loud and noisy. Drafts from door and window. Toilet had pee stains under the seat and doesn't flush properly. Beds are squeaky. The room smelled musty. There were no elevators.
