Our room was very humid and needs some renovation

It was very clean. The staff were wonderful

I was there for a conference, and the bathrooms always were running out of toilet paper.

The staff and the hotel is dog friendly!

TV is outdated and refrigerator was broken.

Half the staff had no idea what to charge for my hotel stay I got over charged they should¿ve matched I¿m taking this to my bank to dispute their extra charge

As I have posted on several occasions..Hotel Colonnade is my favorite hotel in Miami. It is spotless, every protocol for safety is adhered to. The hotel is within walking distance to all top restaurants.

Location was great, entrance and front Lobby was nice

Clogged tub, ants, and no decorative pillows on couch&bed as shown on website

Great styled rooms, good products and comfortable.

The staff lied about the WiFi. The management called two rings and hung up. They did not show up and I waited 2 hours. They promised a refund of first day but never refunded. This was all caused by the WiFi being less than 1mb. I even called the provider

No negatives about the hotel other than I loss my wallet and it hasn't been recovered as of yet

Rooms are stylish and attractively furnished. Bathroom is large and luxurious.

Room was clean enough on overall appearance but upon closer inspection it needed a deeper cleaning. Pool area was disappointing and pool itself was dirty. There was a paper wipe on the bottom, debris, ugs and even a cigarette butt. All dining closed.

Ambiance, friendliness of staff, efficient check-in and out process, and location.

For the first time, because I'ce stayed several times before, the agent who checked me in was unfriendly and unwelcoming. Upon completing my check in, she handed me my room keys and never offered a thank you for staying with us or enjoy your stay.

Large room, 2nd floor, next to pool deck and terrace. Could walk out of room onto terrace with a wonderful view, and the pool. Rooms with charme. Roomservice didn't appear on first day. Liked the hotel, though some quality issues it has lots of charme

Broken glass on terrace, 2nd to 4th of january, no one took care of it. Obviously since new years eve. Never saw anyone working there. For me not acceptable. Parking is relatively expensive, but lots of alternatives, especially on weekends.

Great location, close to shopping and dining and the Coral Gables trolley stops. We had a corner room, which was very spacious. Liked that they had valet, which removed stress of finding parking.

Everything about this hotel is top shelf. Rooms are well designed and comfortable. The staff is pleasant and attentive. Great restaurants within walking distance. All of this and a free trolley to transport you during your time in Coral Gables!!

I can't think of anything that needs improvement. I will return soon.

My favorite hotel in the Miami area. Great location, walking distance to great restaurants and shopping. Beautifully maintained boutique property.
