Hyatt Regency Coral Gables

The hotel was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Only complaint is that one morning the hotel staff was outside of my room at 7:30 am talking loudly amongst themselves. Other than that no complaints.

Plumbing in the hotel needs maintenance and repairs to avoid water clogs in shower, sink and toilets. Bathroom cleanliness was not good. Mildew in the shower tiles, rusty door hinges in the bathroom.

Windows in the room covered in green mold/algae. Pigeons in the pool, drinking the water. Hot tub no bubbles, dirty. Limited restaurant hours, no free coffee in the lobby. Starbucks available in lobby $$.

Wonderful experience! The staff and service was perfect! Beautiful clean room and the food at the hotel was delicious!!!

The only thing I can say is the pillows are so uncomfortable! At first you sink in for good night sleep and then you are tossing all night! It¿s a unique style of a pillow, very thick and heavy. You will definitely wake up with a stiff neck!

Heat did not work in room. Manager brought a space heater and extra blankets. Unbelievable.

Hyatt Regency Coral Gables is a grand throwback hotels that has been updated. Rooms are spacious, clean and very quiet. Location is great, 2 minute walk to Giralda with great restaurants. Also nearby to Miami U campus.

It was located in a good area and it was close to where we needed to go. The entranceway and foyer were very big and pretty.

We arrived at 4:15 and our room was not ready, even though check in time is 3 PM. That was really not acceptable, as we had been traveling all day-were totally exhausted. Overall it was average. Hotel staff minimally friendly and tiny bugs in my bed.

Have stayed here many times and they have not disappointed. Perfect location in Coral Gables, within walking distance to everything, restaurants, shops etc. Staff was super friendly and accommodating, clean room, wonderful balcony. Will stay here again

The staff was not friendly AT ALL upon check in But, they were great (different person) at check out

The service .. I was supposed to have a nonsmoking room they gave me a a smoking room while the hotel is a non smoking facility. They made me spend 2 hours by the pool to try to desinfect the room . That was not nice. Not even a bottle of water in return

The location and Staff was amazing.

There was no microwave and the pool closed absolutely too early. We did not get a cancelation to enjoy it at all.

Definitely not a 4 star hotel! Bathroom toilet was not flushing all the way. Really bad shower faucet. No way to adjust AC(was cold). Pool was extremely dirty. Poor food options.

Room was very dusty. Called to get the a/c cleaned up but they didn¿t clean it.

It was clean and comfortable.

The parking fee is overpriced.
