The food was very expensive and horrible they refused to take off bill paying for parking when ur staying there was not appropriate either !

Location is very good

Only 3 lounge chairs at the pool and 2 were ripped. No free breakfast

Didn't have to walk far from parking lot

Sheets had stains. Ac vibrated loud. Beds sunken in. Was charged 20.00 for parking not 15.00

It was advertised as having an airport shuttle service when in fact it doesnt.

Beautiful room and pool area. Friendly, helpful staff.

Bed was nice, bathroom was clean. I had an early morning flight and they have no airport shuttle. The windows were old and I could hear street noise easily.

Asked for my card for incidentals, as per usual. Charged me for the room again on my card, I had to call to get it corrected and was told it would be refunded ¿eventually¿. Called my room late night to ask me to come back downstairs and run my card agai

Everything. I didn't have a room when I arrived. My room was unsanitary. Stayed out all day the following, came back and housekeeping never came to my room. Was only offered reward points for my inconvenience but I'm not a part of their rewards program

The location is close to UM which was very convenient.

The room was facing Le Jenue st and the outside noise unbearable along with construction in the hotel. We needed to wait unusually long because the second elevator was not in service. Not a pleasant experience

The hotel was clean, conveniently located and nicely appointed. The staff were all friendly and helpful. I will definitely book this hotel again.

There was mold all over the entrance of my door all the house keeper did was wipe it with bleach my bathtub was dirty like it was never cleaned I ask for early check in was told it would be half price of a full stay.

This hotel for the price they charge should be ashamed of there self I went to best western and the room was cleaner then this

The $15 dollar p/day charge for an open lot, though it is in a prime location.

The staff is courteous, the lobby and common areas are clean. The swimming pool is nice, clean and on the bigger side. The rooms are clean and location is o.k. Is in a nice neighborhood. Is a nice property and alternative for the price. Nice hotel overall

The breakfast is o.k. is not great, not included in the room price. You have to request housekeeping ahead of time. This is understandable as other hotels are doing the same. However, they can at least do a basic clean without changing linens etc.

Check in was at 3pm, room was not ready til 730pm. Gym did not have sanitizer wipes or sanitizer for the equipment. Breakfast was not worth the money I paid for it.

I stayed here twice. The staff remembered me, and they are all wonderful. The hotel is clean, and smells so good when you walk in. I also love the pillows. The best part was, it was a 10 minute drive to U of Miami, which was the main place I visited.

rooms were small (2 queen bed room). Bathroom was EXTREMELY small and difficult to move around it. First room the AC was broken. Staff got our room changed quickly. I was told the restaurant was open. But it was only open for breakfast. Very spotty WIFI

Location, restaurants were walking distance and I felt safe.

The room was up to date and bed and bedding was good.

The front desk attendant was rude and inattentive. None of the amenities were available. No one available at housekeeping or front desk from room phone.

Staff was exceptionally helpful and courteous. Location was great, near airport, Miracle Mile with lots of restaurant and shopping. The Bistro had surprisingly healthy and fresh food and nice drinks. Shuttle to and from airport was convenient.
