Pros +

Great location and well equipped suite.
Right on the water.

Cons -

everything as I have to switch from one room to another room for a two night stay. The justification provided was that the room I was assigned first had to occupied by another gust as it was a timeshare property. For me that is ridiculous!!!!!
Wish there was a restaurant or bar but understand that it is not probably part of the concept.
