- The customer service was exceptional.
- Room was pleasant and conference rooms were comfortable.

- Check in and check out was insufferably long. They definitely need improvement in this area. Hotel restaurant food quality was below par for the price and the general appearance was more that of a diner than a hotel restaurant. Only ate one meal there.
- There was a huge Jewish Ramadan party going on for one of our nights at the hotel. Kids were running and screaming everywhere in the lobby, down the halls and in the elevators. It was frustrating dealing with such large crowds who had no consideration.

The staff were all very nice and helpful. The hotel was clean.
