Residence Inn by Marriott Fort Lauderdale Airport & Cruise Port

The cleanliness of the hotel was at an all time low. We checked in and immediately to call for cleaning soap. The tub had scum and mold. The room was dusty and the kitchen utensils were dirty. The carpet smelled of dirt and dust.

The room was beautiful; the location was great.

The mattress and pillows were too soft

Maintenace guy went inside my room and went through my belongings, and I had because of it and I never stayed the night and the front desk lady was very when I asked for a refund because I never slept there

Suggestion. Please have housekeeping wipe door handles, cabinet handles and light switches, that is where germs are. We wiped them when we saw them

Very close to the airport and cruiseport. Hotel is very clean and breakfast was OK for a ?breakfast included? venue. Staff was very nice.

The sofa bed was not comfortable for our 5th guest. They did not have a topper to bring us or a cot.

EVERYTHING! My family travels a lot. I booked 3 rooms and everyone said the same thing. This is the best hotel. The breakfast was good, hotel shuttle to dinner and the airport. We came straight from a cruise and we were able to check in early

Staff were pleasant and helpful, at the front desk. The airport shuttle was on time and the driver safe and very nice.

Cleanliness and friendly staff. I want to personally speak of the woman who serves the free breakfast. she was so nice and welcoming. She left a very positive impression with me and my husband.

Check in was smooth and staff was welcoming in spite of being busy. Breakfast was nice with a good variety. Area felt safe. Room and bed were comfortable.

I booked TWO beds and was assigned a king. I was traveling with my adult daughter and we decided to make it work rather than ask for a different room. The room was also at the very end of the hallway where there are no elevators.

Full size refrigerator and decent wine glasses.

Plane noise the 1st night because the window didn't close properly.

Shuttle service from airport to hotel

It¿s time for an update to the rooms¿.they are tired and a little dingy.

Fantastic, room was spacious. Full kitchen. A real refrigerator instead of a mini fridge. Update modern bathroom. Friendly check in and check out

No ability to put a/c fan on low, medium or high. One speed only which was very loud.

Excellent breakfast. 2 bedroom suite with 2 bath was a blessing. Enjoyed my stay. Location was good. The lady that help me checkin was very friendly and helpful. I would give average rating for cleanliness of the hotel.
