- Location near airport and room size/decor
- The bed was a dream and the staff was wonderful, particularly the shuttle driver! We were stuck in Chicago for the day and they made it a lovely stay!

- The prices on simple waters at the ground floor cafe.
- The staff was horrible I had a room for Valentine’s Day which I did have decorated so the next day I get up early before my check out to drop my wife off so she could go to work that way I would have enough time to come back and clean my room but Instead housekeeping took it upon there self to go into my room before check out time and charge me for cleaning the room and when I spoke with the lady at the front desk explaining to her I was coming back to clean the room she told me there was nothing they could do since they already cleaned the room
