Hyatt Place Chicago Ohare Airport

The room size was nice. There was a refrigerator and the bathroom was nice and clean.

The phone only worked on speaker. The shuttle was late and we had to pay $18 for a taxi.

Close to Allstate Arena, Cool view of one runway at O'Hare, where you can watch the planes fly overhead and land

They tried to charge extra for (1 hour) late checkout.

There food across the street

The price for the is room doesn’t match the quality you’d expect spending that kind of money. Rooms are out dated beds are okay. Pillows weren’t comfortable. Felt moldy or doesn’t didn’t sleep well. Just not worth the price.

Our room wasn't very clean. There was visible dirt on surfaces, in the bathroom, on the walls, and on the floor. Stains on bath towels. Sticky tv remote. It seemed like it hadn't been deep cleaned in awhile.

The rates were great! The Free Hotel Shuttle was great.

There was an overpowering smell of bleach and cleaning supplies when you first entered the Hotel. Also, The entire 5th floor experienced sound of leaky faucet in vents. Probably due to the zero degree weather? Old pipes?

Worse experience ever, never staying again. Got a rude call at 11:05 that check out was 11 and we have to be out by 11:30 or pay $20. We requested late check out at 12 but rudely denied and told it is a franchise not a real Hyatt so suck it up and leave.

Beware of this Hyatt scam. It is supposedly not a real Hyatt but a franchise so they have their own rules. We stayed at this location last year and there was free parking now it is $23 with no clear indication online about it.

I liked the friendly helpful staff.

The cost for 2 patties that came out slightly cold. A blue moon and a Tito tonic¿ $62.00! I left at $10 tip still. Seems pretty steep. Well, I walked about 5 minutes and enjoyed 6 birra tacos for $10 because I was still hungry.

Location was perfect for the event we needed to get to. We walked right across the lot to Allstate Arena.

Parking is limited on a busy weekend.

The hotel location is excellent for getting to the airport within 8-10 minutes. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We were In walking distance to several restaurants and felt safe walking to and from them.

The breakfast area was clean and spacious. The food was mediocre at best. The biscuits and gravy that was served was cold and runny. The other items were typical boxed and canned food. I¿ve stayed at smaller hotels with much more elaborate breakfasts.

The breakfast was nowhere near as good as it used to be and I couldn’t find a menu and prices for the bar.

Absolutely no hot water let alone warm! We might as well have taken a polar plunge!

I loved the airport shuttle! Super convenient. Great options for breakfast. I loved having a sofa in our room - I hate sitting on beds. Lunch & dinner options convenient across the street.

All the ladies at the front desk are very helpful, especially the one with an eyebrow piercing.There are plenty of restaurants around the hotel. There’s a shuttle service to the airport.

Check-in starts at 3 pm.The hotel location is quite noisy.The breakfast was not good.
