The location

The room was not temperature controlled. Meaning when it got really hot I couldn’t turn it off. They turn on the heat at 4 am and I couldn’t sleep. That said if I select auto it would turn off but it doesn’t.

Definitely the loc action , the room was clean no bad smell nice view.

First impression dirty! I was very surprised to see that the outside sitting are was nasty dirty that was my first impression of the couch with stains this was at the main entrance ground was dirty garbage on the ground I was definitely surprised!

had restaurant inside and room and building was clean nice appearances staff was responsive on the average. close location to the conference center. Indoor pool.

smoke alarm woke me up due to battery not being changed , No functional ventilator fan in the bathroom , Humidity in the room consequently was too high bathroom was not useable after showers .For over a hour . No bellman or anyone to help with luggage

The.hot water and many tv channels

The $30 parking fee added to my AFTER THE FACT. Was not told i would be charged $30. The check out staff at the desk was rude.

Good location very close to the convention center. Skywalk from hotel to the convention center was great! lots of restaurants close by and nice outlet mall.

Toilet had issues. Seat was dirty and we cleaned it but then the toilet ran off and on all night. Probably flapper issues in the tank. We let the front desk staff know and they weren't concerned. Charged $32 per day to park but previously told $8 per day.

I found that charging guests full price for parking was inappropriate

The rooms were nice and clean . Very beautiful hotel.

The only complaint I have is the parking. You had to pay to park and the parking lot is a bit of a walk back to the hotel . It¿s inconvenient.

Location

The parking was advertised as free it wasn¿t. Getting in and out of the parking lot was a nightmare. The ticket gates were not working on multiple occasions. The hotel wreaked of raw sewage in the halls. Probably one of the worst hotel experiences ever.

There was no water. In the morning there was, but the water was cold.

Location is very convenient for the convention center, sky bridge was an unexpected gift, made everything so much easier. Clean rooms and public areas.

When booking I didn't realize that parking was an additional cost, an extra $30 per day and I was overcharged due to being given an incorrectly dated ticket.

Location and sky bridge were perfect for access to the convention center across the street. Room and lobby were very nice. Bed was super comfortable and shower was awesome- High heat and high pressure. Tv had lots of good channels. Air was cold.

No info in the room about the amenities provided. I had to find a room service menu online. I had to go downstairs to get a poorly run off photocopy of an updated menu. No mini fridge in the room. The sundries area didn¿t have a lot to offer.

The closet smelled musty. The connecting walkway to the convention center had stairs, the shuttle didn't pick me up from the airport

Great location to convention center. Hotel was clean and checking in and out was quick and easy

Wasn¿t a fan of cost of parking however in line with other hotels.

We called like five times they sent security but it did not help our phone in room didn¿t work it was just very irritating hardly any sleep

The lobby

I have to wait to much for check in. The coffee machine in the room was broken, I called to ask for a replacement and nobody showed up. The parking is not free and the access is very a confortable, you have to walk a lot to get there.

Located only 5-10 minutes from the airport. Long term parking available for trips in and out of O Hare Airport.

They need to have better information on the long term parking - how it works and the cost. The hotel ebsite did not really explain this.

Staff is nice and the hotel is close to the airport

The breakfast and supper are pretty expensive, but they tasted good. It¿s a lot cheaper to doordash or Uber your food to the hotel.

This was a lovely experience from first entering the lobby and viewing the large gas fireplace. So much warm hospitality on a cold winter day in Chicago.

How clean and well staffed it was. I like the location because it was easy to go different places. I especially liked the fact that there was a Starbucks and the Tavern to order Food ¿¿ and Drinks¿¿from Room Service.

I wished that Starbucks stayed open longer though

Room was run down and needed maintenance bed was uncomfortable drawers were falling off hinges safe did not work staff was friendly

No fridge. No continental breakfast. Restaurant over priced for quality of food
