Location to stores and resturants

We had ants in 222. The pool area was surrounded by harassing people who were not staying at the hotel.

Room size and amenities. The staff was very nice. Lots of nearby food options and they had a shuttle.

Hotel hallways needed vacuuming. Not vacuumed the 3 nights I was there. Breakfast meat options not good quality. The sausage was soaking in water and the bacon in grease.

It's near places to eat

I stayed two days (Thur/Fri) leaving saturday and it's monday and i haven't received my deposit

The lady working the front desk on Saturday morning was the best! It's rare to see any worker that energetic and positive, passing along good, genuine energy.

The hotel is in need of some obvious renovation and the room was generally ok, but wasn't cleaned as good as I would have liked

Location was great.

Mattress worn out. No other rooms available til 3rd day. Tried to fix mattress with memory foam topper to no avail. Carpets dirty. Couch cushions worn out. Furniture scuffed and worn. Needs refresh.

No room service, sometimes loud noises, customer service service could use some work

The room layout was seriously cool - like a studio apartment. Big enough to accommodate my sister who's in a wheelchair. I will say that the commode is low and there was no carafe with the coffee maker.

Mat at front door is a pain to roll things over. Keyless entry to buildings is on opposite side of door. Once inside, stairwell is wide, while hallway is narrow.

Close to the airport and a free breakfast

Breakfast area is fairly tight the way it is setup and even though the place wasn't packed...to actually get to the food, people seem to get right on top of you.

That I booked a room with a king size bed, and got a queen size instead

Super close to Allstate arena. Friendly staff. Clean room and halls.

The hotel was very clean.

The shuttle never came to get me after 3 calls. Stood outside for 1 hour and 45 minutes before I walked and found a taxi. Hotel was about 7 min away from where I was. Also after 2 days their power went out at 1 pm and didn¿t come back on until after 8 pm.

Staff were friendly, good location to the airport

The bathroom had water on the floor when we came into the room. Seem it was not cleaned that day.

Love the hotel! Love you. You were one of the only location that allowed small pets! You also didn't up charge for Wi-Fi or breakfast. Just would recommend more options like muffins at the breakfast

Only thing that was upsetting was breakfast was super busy even on a Friday morning. Really wish there were muffins or donuts for young kids.

quiet for near an airport

breakfast was average. Not a huge fan of instant eggs.

This hotel is close to O'Hare and next to AllState arena. Hotel staff was friendly.

There are no ice machines in the hallways (front desk staff accommodated request), pool was very dirty and there were no towels available (however once asked, staff brought some out and apologized).

I loved everything about this hotel! I didn't realize it was "apartment style," so we were pleasantly surprised! Extremely clean 'n comfy; walking distance of metro, Allstate Arena, eating sites & more! GREAT!

affordable long term occupancy and complimentary meals

location was not attractive...hidden among other commercial buildings in rather dull looking area near airport. I'm sure it's convenient for air travelers, which we are not.

The proximity to the Allstate Arena was perfect for us. Took less than 5 minutes to walk from hotel to arena. Breakfast was nice, eggs, sausage, waffles, yogurt, potatoes, etc. We LOVED our room. We will definitely be returning for a stay-cation soon.
