Staybridge Suites Chicago O'Hare - Rosemont by IHG

The hotel was very nice, clean My first room 617 smelled good and was clean. The breakfast was pretty good the area is just small. Unfortunately have to pay for parking even though it's cheaper than most in the area

Shower Water pressure was weaker than sink pressure. Loose shower handle.

Restaurant on site. Close to arena. Beautiful hotel.

No shuttle to arena during cold months.

At least the pool worked

When we checked in there are 3 elevators and only one was working. Staff never said anything. Waited 15 min on line to get to the room. No stairway to go up and down if we wanted to. The hot tub was not in service. No access to ice

The room and location to the event was a perfect fit!

No room service- No menu or information about the hotel amenities located in the room. Ordered a grilled cheese and soup waited 45 minutes for a to go order and it was $---. Not impressed with the service or food of the restaurant located on premises..

My door was open when I came back to my room at the end of the day. Very scary and was super upset. Was told it was "just housekeeping and they forgot to close door". Unacceptable to me. Even had do not disturb sign out and was still there.

No much at all. This was not a good value for the cost

The BED BUGS in not one room but two rooms was a little hard to deal with. I have bits on the back of my neck and shoulders. I took pictures and shared those with the manager. I enjoy a free breakfast but this extremely poor. BOH needs to visit ASAP

I loved everything about it. Cleanliness, the staff, free parking, free shuttle service. The free breakfast.

I was very happy with the soundproofing given the location so close to the airport.

It was definitely disappointing that the pool was out of order for the entire time we were there. Also, the curtains were a problem - they only had sheers to cover the windows, so we couldn't close them at night when we wanted to block out the lights.

Key cards (both)stopped working after a couple of uses. We got one replaced but the other stopped working right at the end of our stay.

The location

The sheet was not changed!! Found several hairs on bed, which was disgusting and unacceptable!

The shuttle to/from the airport was convenient and the location is not far from O'Hare Airport

There is no restaurant at the hotel. There were long hairs all over the room/bathroom. Check-in took a very long time.

Close proximity to O'Hare airport, quiet, clean, attentive staff.

Overbooked via online reservations. Had to wait for a room to be cleaned and made available. Next morning the shower didn't work and then the hair dryer burned out.

Clean, quiet, and up to date. Also has a good breakfast selection.

Not the easiest to get to off the expressway. If you miss your exit you have to go a long way to get back.
