Open floor plan in our room. Great staff

Decoration was a bit avant garde, but not a game changer.

We got in town to late to really have a experience to remember. Checked in at 12:00AM had to be up by 2:00AM to catch an early flight.

I love the restaurant lounge area with the couch and tv and cool vibe.

The slide door on room is cool looking but doesn?t really afford much privacy between bathroom and room. Light and sound both leak. Also no fan in bathroom so mirror fogs up during shower and takes a while to clear.

Nice and elegant staff was great .

Only thing I didn?t like that it wasn?t a mini fridge or microwave. But the front desk will store your food upon request and plate it and warm it up. But it?s just more convenient for me in the room just my preference.

The hotel was beautiful. Rooms were clean. I was worried about the noise because it was so close to the airport but it was quiet! I loved seeing the airplane fly by. We had no issue with room services, they delivered quickly.

Bar was goood

No backup power when they had a power outage and tv/cable not working. Horrible will never stay again

when we arrived - late check in due to our travels - the front desk employee told me it might be difficult to receive extra pillows since cleaning service wasn't available; then morning off it took us calling again to get extra towels.

Everything was great. Staff very helpful. Really enjoyed the restaurant- food was excellent.

Very clean! And nice staff. The decor was also very nice.

Paying extra for parking when you¿re surrounded by parking lots is a bit much.

I would definitely stay here again! It was one of the nicest I have stayed at- I got in very late Andover very early, but I wish I could have had mire time to spend there. Close to airport- great shuttle service. Great price!

Almost everything else - sketchy clientele (teenagers hanging out and smoking marijuana at entrance, customers screaming and using vulgar language at staff); uncomfortable beds; inattentive staff on their cell phones; no mini-fridge in room; paid parking

there was a big fight in the hallway all night i couldnt get any sleep they fought until the next morning the police came three times still got no sleep worst new years ever

Shuttle driver was great, staff member that brought me ice was went above and beyond as well

oddly set up bathroom, all towels on the sink, odd shower, no refrigerator, I should have checked that, stairs only led me out of the building, no ice on each floor, only at the bar seems really odd

The pick=up time at the airport was terrible. Several of the other hotels in the area had made two and three pick-ups before mine arrived. Then their suggested departure time put me at the AP 3 hours early. Rediculous!

The location and friendly staff

Great location.

This is not at all what I expect with a 4 star level. I wish I could post pictures here, the room was just kind of pieced together in a low end way.

We loved the staff! Beyond friendly. The hotel itself was soooo modern and artsy.
