Pros +

The location and convenience to the beach and some of the eateries

Cons -

Well, the room we had was not to our expectations and what we saw in the photo the room had several leaks one which was right by a outlet and not comfortable with plugging in my hairdryer. Do you have photos to prove that?
Dirty, shower curtain moldy, dirty air vents, dirt on wood trim. Small, no chairs, no places to put suitcase except on floor. No soap A/C noisy Neighbors can see you punch in your door code.
