Shower had discoloration, slippery and wall paper water closet was peeling. Noise in hallway

The hotel was very clean, new, free parking, and close to all the local restaurants. Staff was helpful. No loud noises or issues experienced during the stay.

There was a lot of activity in the lobby (they weren't bothering anyone, but it was just suprising). The incidental fee of $100 seemed excessive for a one night stay.

Front desk charge me $50 for late checkout. It wasn?t even 1p. Checkout was listed at 12pm on the email

Modern hotel and easy accessible with plenty of parking. Very close to alot of restaurants and mall. Staff was pleasant, rooms were clean, they offered free coffee and tea. They also have a really nice lobby and bar. Highly recommend.

They charge an early check in fee which was absurd. .

Per the price point and the star: comparable hotels have free breakfast. I did not have a desk to work from in my room, instead and 1950's dinner style 2' table. Traffic noise would have kept me from sleeping if I tried to get 8 hours.

Super Clean, Nice staff, indoor pool just deep enough for my kids.

The shower was not in its own room but instead it was just open to the bathroom area. Just would have liked to know in advance and would have gotten a queen room instead.

Convenient to where I needed to be.

Felt like we were staying in a 12 year old boy's fantasy bedroom with juvenile decor and lack of privacy when showering. The doors were so heavy you could hear them banging closed all night. The hall reeked of weed on Saturday night.

The decor was cute. Workout room good.The bright spot was the bar. The bartender, Brandon, was incredible. Fun! Knew how to make a sazerac & improvised a delicious drink for me. The desk person in the morning didn't know places to hike but came up w/ one.

I wanted to go to dinner at a unique place & staff didn't know places. So disappointing. Restaurant was closed for the night. Staff needs to be able to tell people about area.

New but low budget design and settings. Doesnt worth to the star.
