Location, pleasant staff
The doors in our room stuck. Breakfast pretty much the same thing everyday
Bathroom very roomy, and both rooms were very clean.
Bad mattress A couple spiders in room
This motel was very clean. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. It was at a central location where we were close to everything. We will definitely be back
There was nothing negative to say about this motel.
Friendly staff.
Our room was very humid. Uncomfortable. Breakfast was only so-so.
Very clean. Beautiful landscaping, and a nice fire pit we used to build a campfire. Perfect location between Sister Bay and Fish Creek.
Room was fairly small, but fine for the two of us.
The rooms are updated. The location is great for where we like to go. Staff were accommodating and nice. Nice facilities, very quiet, nice outdoor areas and pool.
The rooms were nice and clean.
No elevator to second floor.
The place was very quaint without being outdated. Everything was new looking and CLEAN. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They practiced conscientious covid precautions which made our visit that much more comfortable.
staff went out of their way to make our stay more comfortable. My husband did not like the firmness of the mattress, and they padded up his side of the bed with blankets. This made it much more comfortable to him.
The staff and the location close to lots of places
Rooms were a little small
Very clean and comfortable nestled in the beautiful surroundings of Ephraim. Pool was great. Walking distance to a couple restaurants. Love that they have bikes available for guests at no charge. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
it was really clean no dust anywhere, carpets clean furniture clean bedding immaculate bathroom shower floors and walls exceptionally maintained
breakfast was okay, could have been a little better
Beautiful grounds and location! The room was very clean and comfortable.
It was in a very pretty setting.
On the first morning while I was in a lukewarm/cold shower with soapy hair and the management decided to turn the water off completely to give the water heater time to reheat. Day two this happened in the other building. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS MOTEL
