Location location location. Close to beach and all restaurants bars and even the market.

Bait and switch with photos on internet and our room/location of room. Our room was in basically an outdoor but covered public restaurant/bar. TACKY!

The hotel is well run and the location is amazing.

We stayed in the 2BR suite. The room was in pretty bad shape in some parts. For example in the bathroom the paint was peeling all around the base boards and doors. Also there was worn duct tape on the floor to hide a patch.

The pool is very clean and both the pool and hot tub were warm. The location is excellent being right on the corner between several restaurants, bars and right across the street from the beach

I booked a king suite and it was really small. The shower was completely open with no way for privacy. There were no outlets in the bathroom and very limited ones in the room. There was also bugs in the bathroom and flying seeing the room.

The location is perfect. Just across the street to the beach. Tiki style bar and restaurant right on site that delivers to your room or poolside. The rooms are small but adequate for the price. Very nice area and felt very safe. Loved the location.

The prices are too high for this motel. The ¿heated¿ pool is NOT heated. We were there for 2 Mondays and they kept telling us it was ¿being fixed on Monday¿. We were not able to swim in the pool the entire time we were there. It was cold as ice.

Location! Food delivery to room or pool very quickly!

1 room complaint: plug by bed near window did not work(seriously only complaint from 1 of the teens so that in itself is remarkable!)

I loved EVERYTHING about this hotel. The location, amenities, pool, staff, room, etc. It exceeded my expectations!

the only good thing about this hotel was the location!!

The staff were very unprofessional and unaccommodating. My husband had an allergic reaction to MOLD in room, didn't sleep all night-sick for a week! They made us feel that we were an inconvenience. They kept lying about when the room was ready-took 2 hrs.

Our stay at Siesta Key Beach Resort could not have been any better.We were very impressed with both the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of both our room and the resort grounds. Very nice resort

Location was AWESOME!! Pool was also very Beautiful and the hotel bar was super cute and staff were all very kind.

The bathroom needed some TLC and it was t ideal being on a second floor without an elevator since we traveled with kids, one being a baby.

The amenities were good and provided everything needed (except umbrella), but I would definitely recommend.

Rooms could be updated a bit, but no issues

the room was terrible, just a bed, no chairs, no dressers, noise level was terrible.

The room is too small. No table chairs. No outside the door resting area with tables and chairs and trees.

The best part of the room was the location

A lot of money for the room. It was not the Hilton but paid the price of a Hilton. The walls were thin we could hear every word the next room was saying. Check out was 10 (early for most check outs) cost extra to stay longer.

Great staff

Our room wasn¿t like the one in the brochure. It was outdated and worn out !
