Location could not be better! Steps to all restaurants, market, shops and Beach Access #3! Heated pool, tiki huts, cornhole, hammocks, free use bikes, wagons, beach chairs, cooler. Comfortable bed and clean rooms. Free parking right out front. Loved it!

Size of condo
Small ants on coffee table & both bathrooms. Not being supplied garbage bags & dishwasher soap for week. Only given ââ¬Åstarter bagsââ¬Â which was 2 in each trash can. Elect outlet in DR had no cover & flew sparks. Must hold shut door when entering code.

The complimentary bikes, cooler, beach towels and chairs was so convenient! The location was so close to everything! The staff was so accommodating and treat they guests like family! Would definitely come back there is nothing back to say about this place
The location is perfect! I liked that the bikes were free for us to use! The pool was relaxing!
I stayed in a king studio. There is no freezer. The plates and wine glasses are throw aways. The bed had only 1 night stand and 1 lamp. The chair didn''t look clean. In the bathroom, the sink is so small there is no where to place anything.
The beach, restaurants and shops were all a short walk from our villa.

The absolute best thing about the Beachside Villas is that it they are 2 short blocks to the beach and 2 short blocks to Siesta Village and all it's restaurants and shops. Overall excellent location.
The bed and pillows were terrible. Bring your own pillow if possible.
The rooms were clean and convenient to the beach and downtown. We are planning to book it again for next year.
