The best thing was the bed per usual was amazingly comfortable

I had to change rooms due to mold in the shower that had a very potent smell, next to that the water in the shower was ice cold. I had a very bad day getting stuck in the rain and arriving back wet at my room to find the second room water was ice cold too

Close to the beaches

Our room was filthy dirty, and when housekeepers came all they did was swap out towels and touch up the bed.

1) Hotel was modern. 2) Hotel had nice shampoo and conditioner. 3) Hotel had nice shower. 4) Hotel had comfortable bed. 5) Hotel was quiet during stay. 6) Hotel had good pool. 7) Hotel had friendly staff. 8) Hotel had great location.

Room was loud and smelled like puke in the bathroom.

I wasn't there, someone booked this room in my name. It was fraud.

Apparently this hotel doesn't ask to see the credit card it was booked with or to see a drivers license. It was fraud.

This hotel is in a great location near the airport and many expressways. The hotel is updated with nice decor and a great swimming pool area. The bar is great as well. Parking was not an issue as there was plenty of self parking.

We stayed for a few days and did not receive housekeeping even after several requests. The toilet leaked and the shower did not drain well. The hotel did not address any of the issues which was a bit disappointing.

The room I was put in didn¿t have a working tv or phone. The sheets were all ripped. When I said something they said they would take care of it but never did. Definitely not going back.

The room had a big issue of leaking plenty of water from the shower, to the point that we had to use 5 towels to contain the water and avoid to get into the room. When we reported to the front desk, they said they would send someone, which didn't happen.

The AC in the room is very loud. We had, in FL, to turn the AC off to be able to fall asleep. The hotel was disappointing for the price.

The hotel was clean

The elevators stopped working & our room was on the 6th floor. They allow dogs, we were on the 2nd floor initially, but there was a constant barking dog, so we switched rooms. They have laundry located on the 6th floor, no quarter machine located on site

Location was near my destination

light in the shower area was not working. No shower soap. When I noticed this it was early in the morning when I needed to shower so there was no getting it resolved at that time. When I told the staff at check out they did not seem to care at all.

The hotel is really beat up to be rather new and in the heart of Doral. Very disappointed.

The reception desk looked nice. Overall asthetics were appealing

I woke coughing and my back was full of a rash. Upon waking up my hair was damp, the floor was damp. There was so much moisture in the room. Only to realize the ceiling was full of black mold. By the elevator water was dripping ceiling full of BLACK MOLD

The ambiance was very nice, very clean and very friendly staff. I liked that there was an area to get a quick bite to eat regardless of the time.

I reported twice that the refrigerator was not working and it was never changed. They did respond quickly to check it out .

This is my favorite hotel when I come to Miami! It¿s clean, modern, the staff is so friendly, and it¿s located in a convenient location!

Location and free parking

Bed was broken.. I asked for another room and they didn¿t help me eventho there were available rooms in the hotel. Shower door didn¿t work properly and entire bathroom area got flooded. Requested fresh towels and never get them. I¿m not coming back

The location. 2 restaurants right next to the hotel.

Some language barrier things. At the front desk, one of the employees didn¿t fully speak English. Nothing major but still an issue.

Great rates, clean hotel, and awesome customer service! You can drive/ride to 2 malls, Ikea, &several restaurants in less than a 10 minutes.

The mattresses could probably stand to be replaced... so make sure the mattress in your room doesn't have a dip in it.

Yes, they had no towels in the rooms. We had 5 rooms and none had towels. Pool area did not have towels either. There was a Elevator down so we had long waits getting to and from our rooms. And the restaurant was closed on Saturday the most busiest day.
