My room choices I prepaid for were not available. They gave them away since we landed late

The room is spacious & the shower is great.

The 1 star is solely for the breakfast staffs. The lady & man who work in the breakfast area are both HORRIBLE! They stare at every single guest as if we are all criminals. They give bad looks & mean faces to everyone! Make everyone super uncomfortable!

The location near the interstate. Staff was very welcoming.

The rooms were very spacious, great breakfast & the outdoor area was nice the barbecue grill was a very nice touch

They ran out of face towels & it was a Communication barrier with some of the stuff that could not speak English but that wasn¿t a big problem my phone was able to translate

Price was perfect for the studio I booked. Very clean. The breakfast was amazing , different options and the lady behind the counter was super sweet always greeted us with a good morning.

Had to ask for more pillow and sheets and get them at the front desk. The microwave broke. The couch was old and smelly and once you fold out the bed it squeaks.

Hotel has a better breakfast than most hotels of this level.

This should NOT BE considered or advertised as a MIA Airport hotel. The hotel shuttle is a joke and should be considered non existent. It cost us $100 in UBER and Taxi fees to get here and back. Staff offered us a $3 ice cream as compensation. MISLEADING

Nice large room, good workout center

The airport shuttle was so limited it couldn't pick us up or help us return to the airport at the conclusion of our stay.

Nice Neighborhood just street over from police station. Quite, amazing AC. Blinds completely black the room out. Spacious to move around in. Very functional for work and rest. Nice lounge area in front and full size grilling area next to pool in back

The room was clean and confortable

The advertised the room has a kitchen but it does not, it has a microwave only, also they clean the room once a week and only change the towels if you ask for them. They blame it on the Covid but I am sure that is BS

The staff genuinely tried to be helpful, even if they didn't always know what they were doing. The rooms were big.

Shuttle showed up 1.5 hrs late to pick me up from the airport Lobby smelled like dogs Thin walls - could hear conversations in the next room Staff was incompetent

The open space in the rooms. The different areas to sit and get work done. They also offered the option of getting a hot plate in the room. It was awesome overall.

The water in the shower could've been a little hotter.

It's a modern building.

I needed to pay a daily incidental fee ($50) instead of 1 per hotel visit.

One of two elevators was broken

The room was spacious and everything was exceptionally clean!
