The staff at check in were great and very welcoming

The garbage from the previous guest was still in the garbage under the desk. The telephone did not work. The chaise lounge was dirty and the curtains were not attached to the pole and sagging down in the center of the drapes. Not worth the cost

The guy who said he worked there for 10 years around 10:30pm was the best employee I ever met and I stay here a couple times a month. Give him a raise or promotion or something like he?s quick thorough and very personable. I wish I got his name!

The fact that there was not a microwave in the room was a shock like actually felt like I was being punked in 2025 a hotel with no microwave should be a criminal offense lol

There was a restaurant/bar. Very convenient. Could do really well. There was a female bartender there. Blonde hair. She was super rude. Not customer friendly. The place is open till 11. We walked in at 9 and she was disgusted. We was a bother to her.

A newer Hampton Inn that was exceptionally clean and very quiet. Highly recommended!

Close to stadium

The rooms were not setup well, they had no microwave and to small of fridge. Also the bathroom was out of body wash and the overall cleanliness was bad.

Location to American Family field

Staff wasn¿t the friendliest. Sheets were dirty.

Modern, large step-in shower; comfortable bed; excellent lighting in all four corners of the room; lots of electrical and USB outlets; comfortable seating options with two ottomans; friendly, welcoming staff.

Pet friendly, very friendly staff and helpful, loved all day tea/coffee and place to sit, and convenient to many areas. I really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend

Rooms were clean and very nice! Breakfast was decent. Location was good as well.

The manager was not very welcoming and never smiled. When I asked a question he was kind of rude with his response. If this is management how are other staff suppose to respond to customers. The woman that checked us in was pleasant and helpful.

The horrible drug stoned guests in next room hallway filled with Marijuana smoke. Disrespectful loud. TV ran until 5am. Bathroom door heavy no locks

Walking distance to state fair park, has restaurant and bar, clean, comfortable and modern, free parking.

Didn't have daily room cleaning

Close to the Va hospital and shopping.

Tried to go back the next day due to my husbands surgery taking a lot longer than we thought. The desk clerk said no room due to no reservation even though the parking lot was empty! I told the guy the day before that we might come back he said no problem

Overall a decent hotel, close proximity to some local businesses. Decent breakfast buffet.

The price was definitely on the higher side! My room was not thoroughly cleaned, I found hair in my bed! The front desk staff was courteous and friendly. In contrast, the other desk staff, obviously needs to work on his people's skills!

Not cleaning my room. I needed to ask every day for towels. And several times delivered late. Or we totally forgot. I was not informed on room cleaning policies.. Really! At the price it should not be a daily discussion. Carpet was dirty

This hotel is a hidden gem. The room was immaculate. During a very busy weekend, my room was ready for me an hour before check-in. The staff was excellent. I wish I would have remembered names, but the lady at the hotel bar was outstanding.
