Cracked tile in bathroom. Clogged sink filled with water when we arrived. Reported but not fixed

The wonderful staff member that was on when we checked in after 9:00 p.m. And she was there again the next morning. She's a great asset to your organization

There were definitely problems with breakfast on Saturday morning June 7th and the staff did the best they could to put it out there. There was definitely some breakdown in equipment.

Customer service plumbing issues has to wait a long time to be put in another room and my room did not get clean I haft to go to the front desk every other day for a key

location to office and Metro Mart

Need TV access on elipticals and treadmills in exercise room. Also, expiration dates on small milk cartons need to be checked regularly. While at hotel, milk was sour and had an expir date of 10/24

Hotel plumbing was not satisfactory and staff did not compensate

Was put on ground floor and interstate side. Was noisy inside the room even with the blinds closed.

The room was absolutely beautiful. The staff was polite, both at check in, housekeeping and check out. Nice pool, work out room and common spaces.

Half the building is against the highway even with 2 windows traffic noise was horrible! I have never been as thankful for a loud bathroom fan. I suggest bring ear plugs or use white noise/music to help. Breakfast cups were like 4 oz so many refills, odd.

The hotel was in the location I needed at a fair price.

We were initially given a room that was smelly. However when asked for another room, we were given a nice room.

Good location for me. Staff overall nice. Gym was big,clean. property overall kept clean.

No coffee before 7am, exterior entry doors with broken locks.

Front desk person was so nice when I came in a little after 9PM.

I asked for fresh towels daily, and did not get them. I had to wait for me and my kids to shower because front desk said didn't have access to get me and my family towels.

Cleanliness, comfortable, and location

staff was so nice and accommodating, especially the woman who checked us in. I'm sorry, I don't know her name, but she gave us a flower and was so nice.

the incidents (probably out of the hotel's control) that occurred. the first night we were kept up by a fighting couple in the hall. the second, there was a fire in the middle of the night because someone was smoking weed. just a bad experience overall.

Nothing. The staff is incredibly rude.

Plenty. The staff had rotten attitudes. The heater was broken. Our door key didn¿t work and the front desk employee said she couldn¿t fix it or extend our stay. That¿s not how they¿re supposed to act towards guests. We will not be returning.

Hotel was clean!

I specifically paid extra to have one king size bed instead of two queen beds. There were no king beds available nor was I reimbursed for the extra I paid for that specific room.

Everything is new, so unworn or soiled, etc. Staff is very pleasant.

Bathroom in 2Q guest room is SMALL. Door swing almost touches front of toilet. All bathroom photos on website show shower w/ glass doors, but was typical shower over tub with curtain. Vanity and closet doors are MDF. Crumbs on surfaces. Kleenex missing.
