Clean, good value. Room met our expectations. Pool area was nice.

The air conditioning unit was so old¿although the temperature in the room was comfortable, you could not sit on the balcony for too long because it generated heat and was very loud.

It is very new and the rooms are spotless, and all equipment in it is new, very good place to stay.

We had a very pleasant stay in, will do it again at any time.

Location my only complaint Is Ac unit kicked on and off about thousand times overnight making for bad nights sleep

The restaurant on site was closed, it did not have a dive shop as advertised, the office closed early, the sports equipment was worn out

Clean , location was good . Staff was nice. Pool was clean and excellent. Full size kitchen.

Location of room. Although we received and ocean front room as we requested and paid for , some rooms sit way further back into the building than others. Hard to explain. Take a look a pics of the building you will understand. If you look left or right you could be looking at patios . Look straight ahead and you can sea the ocean. Hard to explain.

Property was extremely clean, well taken care of and staff were friendly. The front desk lady was exceptionally helpful and very friendly.

Airconditioning was loud. Did not cool as well as we like

- spaceous room with kitchen and 2 rooms- very good pool with lots of toys for kids- ocean access and view- proximity to places of interest- private parking nearby- 2 clean and tidy bathrooms w showers

- Sofa is not very comfortable to sleep- AC unit far from the main bed (separated by semi-wall) so kids sleeping in small room near AC either need to freeze or parents will be hot

Great location, clean facilities, the pool and location to the beach were great. Gas station, marina and restaurant steps away. I needed to wash my clothes, and I didn't have money on me, so the office staff fronted the coins until I was able to go to an ATM and repay them. Very accommodating and peaceful resort with plenty of parking.

The TV was a bit of a mess. I kept getting a WiFi logon screen, which had nothing to do with the tv, and had learn how to get rid of the pop-up message so I could get to the actual TV programming. For someone who isn't technical, this will probably get a lot of complaints.

I loved that room had balcony and kitchen.

Housekeeping came to my trim an hour before check out asking when I was leaving and just stood outside. Felt rushed.

Didn’t realize it was a time share so staff was not available at night to provide extra towels, etc. Also, pots and pans were low quality.

Caloosa was better than we expected! The resort and room were pristine. The quiet location on the beach and pool was perfect. We spoke with Max at Caloosa after making our reservation, then prior to arrival. She was GREAT! In fact, I was looking forward to meeting her in person when I arrived. She is a real asset to the resort ? Q was very pleasant and helpful also. We were greeted and welcomed on arrival as well by a manager ?

Nice view of the water, nice clean room

Breakfast was cheap coffee with powder creamer...no real milk or fruit or even toast to feed my 3 year old...Also no convenience stores close by...very very inconvenient for a young family

Our sliding door was hard to open and close. The porches needed some paint/ cleaning of rust.

The room was very well laid out with complete kitchen including a stove. Outside sitting deck off living room and as well as off the bedroom, Both set back with private views. The Caloosa Dove is set back off the main road, no road noise at all. The pool overlooks the beach with a nice size sunning deck.
