The staff was phenomenal! Hotel employee was so patient and considerate. We had another young woman during the day on Saturday that was wonderful as well. The breakfast was good and well stocked.

My room and the entire hotel is "spotless" clean. Furniture is in dgreat condition. Breakfast is good. Bed is comfortable and toilets don't plug.

Loved how this hotel provided exactly what a guest needs - no more, no less. Large elevators, ledges in the shower to set travel-sized items, hooks in the room and open shelving for clothes. And I can't rate the cleanliness high enough. Great value!

Location, room and amenities

The hotel was exceptionally clean, which made for a very comfortable stay. Nice staff and continental breakfast too. Further out from downtown but still very cute area by the river.

The 24 hour coffee bar and quick breakfast items. The design of the room (no closet doors, a steamer instead of an iron, etc) It was like someone really thought about what a guest needs!

Super clean! The rooms are small, but so well designed. Conveniently located near great restaurants!

Lack of hot water when I showered one morning It is a bit pricey as we really just slept there.

It was a clean nice room but with the extra fees I was not aware of I will not go back

They asked for a incidental fee when I checked in for $75 in addition to what I paid online for my room they should made me aware of this fee before time but I have been driving for 10 hours I could have went to the holiday inn I will never go back

Hot omelets stuck to the wrapper but tasted fine. Would have liked to see original oatmeal instead of the sugar ladened options.

I have stayed at this hotel on many occasions and I just really like how I sleep. The pillows and the beds are everything. I sleep so good. The location is perfect because it¿s close to places I frequent so that¿s definitely a plus.

I can¿t say there¿s anything I don¿t like about it. I mean nothing is perfect but it was just right for me.

Clean, easy to navigate, had all the right amenities, nice staff, solid location.

Breakfast could have been better. Room could use some art on the walls. Materially speaking, the hotel is great and only minor things could have been different.
