Sheets were not clean, pool was no clean, there were a few crawling roaches in my room, after fixing my sons and I breakfast, I was going to take it to our room to eat and watch a movie together. Upon leaving out the door, the staff prohibited me to do so

The room was dirty and cleaners were used that left a very heavy perfume smell so strong you could taste it.

Smell Mildew, wet. Bed is dirty, things around the room are extremely old and rusted restroom bathtub- yuck ?. We stayed from 2am-8am and had to leave the room

The lady that works at night. Was harassing my girl and said she couldn't be in my room. When I asked why she said I never registered when I checked in, and obviously my reservation said 2 as guest. She was denied breakfast also

The location,price. Staff at front desk makes you feel comfortable and she's very respectful.

Staff was helpful, breakfast adequate, room was clean. It provided a quick overnite rest after driving all day.

The location was odd for me. When I was booking I didn't know florida city was several miles away from Miami. I regretted that very much. I couldn't go out for the first two days I got there. It was stressful moving around. Unrefundable reservation.

check in staff she was fantastic and very communicative, gave me a nice room in quiet part. but next morning I had horrible experience when I saw a helpless puppy tied alone on short rope to a car on your property across street but had no help from staff

sunday morning 8.30 am I found a puppy alone tied on short rope to a black car door on your property located across the street. I told the frontdesk & showed him picture of dog & car, he said he will contact his manager for help but nothing was done.

So dirty, some staff nasty, terrible service

My experience was great,was apprehensive at first but staff were friendly and helpful, room was clean and King bed was comfortable and my experience was good. Had read reviews about bugs and savory area but I slept good

I am handicapped and unable to access the breakfast area area.My brother was not allowed to bring breakfast back to the room,  one of the clerks,

The most notable experience I had at this hotel was the professionalism shown by the front desk personnel .Especially the night shift clerks helped me with some booking issues,that I was unaware of.

It was better than we expected. Dining was two blocks away and with a variety of choice. Staff was great, pool was clean. I would stay here again.

Clean and quiet location. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned and the bed was made every day of my stay.

The AC unit in the room was louder than I would have liked.
