Thrvroom was very cold It didn't have a do not disturb sign

How clean and roomy the rooms were. Great location, traffic wasn't bad, was easy to get into.

Was disappointed that breakfast was not included for the nightly price. I will try other hotels in the area for our next trip.

I never made it to San Antonio. I was too sick with a stomach virus to come, so I missed my son's college graduation.I didn't know how to cancel and was too sick to try to do it.

The rooms were big and everything was very clean.

I wanted to check in early at 1 instead of 3 but there were no available rooms. Not a big deal, but would have been nice.

The room was very clean and spacious. Front desk staff was friendly.

The breakfast buffet was poorly managed. I could not connect to the Wi-Fi. The shower seat in the tub is immobile and in the way, and there is no towel rack near the shower. Parking lot is hard to find (driveway sign not easily visible from street).

When we checked in the lady didn't give us any information about the hotel like information about breakfast, where the pool is if they had one, and were the fitness center was. She just gave us a key to our room and sent us on our way. She was nice though

The sundry bar was not well stocked and the staff was pleasant but did not do anything above and beyond. It would been nice to have breakfast included. But there was a charge to order anything but coffee.

Always clean, comfortable, safe & professional. Great location for shopping, meetings, & meals. Easy to get onto 35 & 1604.

The location was perfect. Close to Randolph AFB and the freeway.

Again, the location had nothing of beauty. The hotel in a parking-lot surrounded by freeways and busy roads. The restaurant, bar was closed for renovation but a non-complimentary breakfast was available.

The location between San Antonio and Schliterban, about equal distance both ways. The hotel room was clean bed was comfy, and the check in/check out process was quick and easy. The room keys are updated with swipe. Amazing experience!

If it was not for our GPS we would have a taken a little longer to find it, my truck was taller than the sign they had. But overall amazing experience!

The staff when I checked in was very friendly, especially the young woman at the front desk (her name escapes me at the moment) she was very. Ice and even laughed at my cheesy humor.She was definitely the right face of Hilton to have greeting guests.

We got very little sleep. It sounded like we were being trampled all night long. VERY noisy and disturbing. Honestly knowing what the night was like now, you could offer to pay "ME" $--- to spend the same night in that hotel and I would say no thanks!

Restaurant is a little less than I figured but the food was good. And, great restaurants located nearby - some in the same parking area.
