Motel 6-Jurupa Valley, CA - Riverside West

I DO NOT STAY ROOM WAS NOT CLEAN

THEIR STAFF WAS RUDE, AND MO MORE ROOMS

The door had a lock on it.

Floors were sticky/unclean, room didn¿t have fridge, towels, coffee pot, etc. Staff said these items are not supplied due to the homeless stealing these it Es when they rent rooms. Hotel was swarming with homeless and druggies.

It was dirty, smelled like feet, and there was cockroaches

The bed and sheets, althought its on a metal frame so any movement you make, you hear an annoying sound. The AC/heater was working fine and so did the microwave. Shower and bathroom was decent.

Fridge was leaking so any clothes i left on the ground nearby got wet. Someone knocked on my door late at night, being loud and rude. I opened the door and the guy told me sorry wrong room. Almost called fraud on my card for a refund.

They need to ( the guy in the front office) check reservations with ID. I didn't make a reservation in my name, we were overcharged for a room. Reservation was made in husbands name. Guy claimed he didn't know, yeah right.Over charged. Pay attention man.

Being able to get room with window facing parking lot so I could watch my truck and trailer..

The people staying there like it's their permanent home, the brokedown cars in the parking lot, people working on cars, trash everywhere and the overall location!!!

The staff was courteous and understanding. They allowed a refund of our second night. We asked for a refund because the hotel was unsatisfactory.

Smelled bad. Dirty. Grossly overpriced.

No elevator, my husband is disabled so climbing the stairs was a challenge.

I liked the cleanliness of the room. The staff was very friendly as well.

It was a little expensive for the stay. But I understand because there is a big event going on so all hotels raise prices. I wish there was a mini fridge in the room.
