Hard to find hotel initially, missed sign for entrance.

Clean and quiet. Nice hotel at low price.

very old and poorly maintained - to the point that i am surprised that it passes inspection.

Location, Staff, and cleanliness.

The tv did not work and the front desk clerk couldn¿t get it to work. I don¿t sleep much and not having a tv made for a long night.

Nice size room, good breakfast.

The ghost in 231 wouldn't leave the dresser drawers closed.

The employees were all friendly, helpful and knowledgable. The breakfast and coffee were also very good.

It was difficult getting into and out of the hotel as the only access was off a very busy street.

The staff was friendly and the cleanliness of the hotel was superb.

The hotel was missing a jacuzzi.

hotel employee from IT/maintenance, whatever he works in, was super helpful when we needed to print some documents in the business center and printer was out. He got them printed another way. Very grateful for his assistance.

They did have oatmeal, fruit, bagels, make your own waffles, mystery sausages, and potatoes.

Breakfast was average: Egg & cheese discs; lowest quality Yoplait yogurt; Long self-life crap muffins. They did have oatmeal, fruit, bagels, make your waffles, mystery sausages, and potatoes.

The beds had bedbugs and I was itching the whole stay with my wife !

We were greeted by hotel employee who was very engaging and welcoming. Stayed overnight for 4 nights. We enjoyed seeing him and his infectious smile every evening when we returned. He always made sure we were happy with our room and accommodations.

Lots of space, great staff, clean, restaurants around.

Hotel was in a nice area. 20 minutes outside of Austin. Safe area. Grocery, gas, dining were plentiful right on the same road.

The hotel parking lot was behind a whataburger . The hotel is not very visible from the road, it should have a clearer sign to let you know to go through the parking lot of the restaurant. We arrived at night and could not figure that out .

Location. Just on the outskirts of Austin; close proximity to amazing wineries, eateries, and shopping. The location offers several options to access Lake Travis as well. Cleanliness and customer service was outstanding (even through a staff shortage).

Refrigerator didn't work had to switch rooms. Both rooms smelled of dirty carpet need deep shampoo.

Due to virus there was no room cleaning, pool, gym or continental breakfast. Still had to pay full price. Should have been some type of discount.

The room was clean, large and comfortable.
