SpringHill Suites by Marriott Austin West/Lakeway

I did not like the fact they put a hold on my account for $100 that is more than the price of the room. Typically hotels charge between 20 and 50 bucks for a security deposit.

I liked the hotel breakfast and our room, which was accessible.

The staff did not clean our room or make our bed on Saturday when we were told they would be doing it.

Location

Poor internet. Had to pay extra for breakfast and all drinks.

The staff here is amazing. Love the location. It¿s in a very beautiful Texas. There are lots of restaurants close by and great shopping venues.

There were a few cosmetic things that were not up to par. Bathroom wallpaper was pilling from the corners, there were marks in the closet on the walls. The carpet needs a deep cleaning.

Staff not super Attentive, and there were a few things needed, like having to get bedding for the trundle bed from the front desk is nice

The property was very clean and the staff was very nice. I would definitely stay here again especially for the price.

They could do a little better job. At cleaning the common floor areas like in front of the elevator and the hallway corridors to the roomsI was also a little disappointed that the charge seven dollars per day for parking . Just add $7 bucks to room cost

The rooms were newly renovated.

The Ac is directly next to the bed. So the Ac vent would be blowing on the face.

Water pressure not good . Toilet would not fully flush .

The recent remodeling of the room was very nice. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Although the rooms seemed recently renovated the mattress and pillows seemed old and worn out. The breakfast was terrible cold eggs and sausage patties and undercooked cold potatoes.

We liked the hotel's cleanliness, the good breakfast, and the little shop for last-minute needs. The parking area is spacious and very convenient. Everything was very comfortable and well-maintained.

The only thing I found a bit excessive was the price — around $400 per night for a room with one bed and a sofa bed. It seemed pretty high for a hotel of this level, especially compared to other locations. I would definitely stay here again if the price were more reasonable; this time, I simply didn’t have another option.

I loved that everything was clean. The room was nice, and the breakfast was great.

I didn't like the parking charge and found it absurd. That's understandable in Downtown, but in a suburb? $10 per night for parking (which was never mentioned when I was making the reservation). I think they should reconsider this.
