the pillows and room size

furniture was a little threadbare and the shower trim was a little dirty

My room was dusty, it was hair all in the tub and shower, people left their belongings in the room just ugh

It enabled me to stay at same site as my brother has been contracted to stay while working in Youngstown.

I would have liked. Continental breakfast, I realize this is a suite hotel but would be nice on weekend days for people not with extended stays.

The lack of soundproofing was very apparent and a real issue. The sounds from adjacent rooms were VERY distracting, especially the footsteps from the room above. I'm not picky, but a hotel needs insulation/soundproofing.

The room was clean and roomy. The kitchenette was quite nice and had a few pans and dishes to cook with. Nice pool and hot tub.

The halls and elevator were dirty by the end of the weekend. Had kids running around the halls unsupervised.

The bed was great!

The elevator walls were dirty with lots of handprints etc. and the toilet was built for a toddler.

Staff was the best

Only one elevator,and although it was two luggage carts one needs to be replaced.

The young lady. She was such a help. She was the only one to check on us and make sure we had everything we needed. When we asked someone else they said they would bring it and never got it. I truly thank her so much for Everything!

Only one person asked if we needed anything or try to help us.

Location off the highway was good. Room was large & relatively clean. However there was still some evidence of the previous guests, like hair in the shower, which made the pet fee seem even more ridiculous.

The hotel charges a nonrefundable $75 pet fee PER NIGHT. This was almost as much as the room itself and I was not aware before arriving at the hotel. Management claims it is for "deep cleaning" required after pets.

Clean, comfy bed, full kitchen, workspace, no odors in room and good ac.

No hairdryer in my unit, but I did not ask if one was available at front desk. Maybe just a Covid thing.

Room was right next to side entrance/exit on first floor. There was a constant banging in our room due to the door slamming.

$75 one day pet fee. . Overall, a shabby run-down hotel that was probably very nice 10-15 years ago. Elevator sounded like it was about to die. Handles fell off cabinets. Multiple unsightly repairs to shower area tiles. Insects in cabinet under sink .UG

I thought I had reserved the room form3 adults. There as only one bed.

New, nice room, conveniently located

The rooms above the indoor pool were a little on the warm side (74F)- I ended up turning off the heat, and used the A/C when I slept.

Honor system snack room. Great for late night and breakfast. Nice pool. Good work out facilities. Comfortable bed; nice large room.
