The day shift gentleman was nice and pleasant

Pool was out of service, night shift employee was rude and cocky, made us park across the road and walk to the hotel carrying all Of our stuff. Wouldn’t even let us park in lot and carry stuff in first.

The bed had only 3 pillows & I had a loud live cricket stuck on the wall of my room. it kept chirping until 3 am. but the late night front desk lady & the maintenance guy made efforts to locate the cricket & when failed they moved me to a room upstairs

It was convenient and it allowed dogs. The bathroom was good, the beds were a bit thin but okay. The pillows lumpy. Most everything was done online so we didn't see hardly anyone. The only thing for breakfast was coffee.

There was someone smoking pot outside the side door.

Bed was comfortable.

Hotel has smoke smell in lobby. Customers?. Light in bathroom was flickering. Bathroom pocket door was missing piece to pull open the door. Actual door was very sticky to the touch. 😬. Room phone did not have dial tone. Unable to use.

The staff was very helpful and friendly

The carpet in our room was very dirty. My granddaughters white socks were so dirty they had to be thrown away

location close to I-80

The alarm in the hallway went on and off throughout the night. The "buffet hot breakfast" was not accurate at all. there was no buffet, just microwavable frozen sandwiches and waffles were the only "hot" breakfast. The room was not clean with the rating

Staff and general manager are rude, liars, and kept my money after promising to give it back

Desk clerks were very nice, first hotel where they offered to help me bring in my luggage. Day and night clerks offered, very nice of them! :)

Shower just leaked thru the door, so it flooded that area of floor. And the temp lever was broke or wouldnt move so had to take cold shower, or just on virge of luke warm shower, so that was a bummer.

The breakfast was varied and had a lot to choose from.

The room smelled damp and the breakfast area was a mess, due to other misbehaving guests. Also the pancake mix was bad; separated and curdled.

Easy to get to from the interstate.

The shower was terrible. No water pressure. The bed was too small for 2 adults. Was not aware it was a pet friendly hotel. The Belgian waffle machine was there but not plugged in.

Nice, quiet stay.

The shower was "just warm", not anywhere near hot. It would have been great if I could have taken a hot shower.

location was excellent. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Check in and check out were quick and easy.

Shower was not great. No pressure at all. Toilet was not flushed when we first arrived in room.

The blankets on the bed was dirty. We asked for new ones and that was even worst. Room was dirty.

Staff was very warm and welcoming during the check-in process. The room was available on time when we arrived, which was well appreciated after experiencing delays at the airport, we were exhausted and was really happy to be able to unwind and relax.

The customer service experience was great! My expectations were met, therefore I do not have any feedback for improvements. I'm sure other customers will be just as satisfied as we were. Just continue a job well done!

Location. Close to restaurants. Pool very nice. Staff friendly.

Room was not cleaned. You could tell the sheets were not changed. No tub in bathroom. I did not rent a handicap room and it was what I got. Traveling with two small kids and it was difficult not having a tub. Shower only. The hotel was basically empty.

Wife thought it was dated. Also the shower floor was soft and around the drain their was black, I think, mold.

Nothing!!!! The room was horrible it had stink bugs, holes in the blankets, the shower door didn¿t close. I will never stay at this hotel again.

It¿s in a decent location. Our room was fine except our jetted tub did take a while to fill up. Our Internet would connect to the phones but not our roku(heads up if you plan on streaming it will not work).

Internet service using a roku it won¿t work.

Nice people, great clean and quiet room, great value.
