Home2 Suites by Hilton Chattanooga East Ridge

The location

Very clean, comfortable, and everyone was very friendly.

Nothing really. We stayed for 1 week and enjoyed all of it. The only thing I could suggest is changing up the breakfast menu on certain days, just for a little variety.

Clean and location good. Great breakfast too!

Great location with quick access to the freeway and multiple restaurant options close by.

Didn't eat it.

Although I didn't eat breakfast there, some of our friends did eat there and they said the breakfast selections and quality were not comparable to other hotels at similar price points.

This is second time we stopped at this location, the room was spacious, clean, bathroom clean and updated. The breakfast area is very clean, enough choices.

The pillows could have been better, they were too soft, outdated.

Clean, welcoming, and cozy

Parking was difficult due to the area but not terrible.

It's a good location to the highway and shops. Oddly placed nearby some shops that were loud.

The shower was not clean, mildew stains. The duvet cover had a stain. The breakfast tables were not clean following guests leaving.

Location was excellent

Our room, the refrigerator was dirty, still had a leftover cup from a previous guest in it.

Location, staff & overall facilities

Breakfast could've been better, maybe try to have turkey meet. A lot of people has moved away from pork

Love how close it was to everything. It was very clean and the fitness facilities was the best I’ve seen.

pet friendly, facilities were clean and well maintained

There is a restaurant across the street, and it was hopping (loud music) on the Saturday night. There was a baseball team staying and was loud. I called the room above mine at 1 am to ask them to settle down.

It was clean and location was good. The room was perfect size. There were good breakfast choices.

It was a great location and very clean

The person above us stomped and jumped around from 2am to 5am

Spacious room with fridge, sink, and dishesCheck in/out without having to see the front deskElevatorspoolfitness room

Bed hurt our backs and the pillows were to high for our headsBreakfast had mainly grains little fruit or other healthy choices. Cereal offered was bland. More protein choices.Could here the people in the room next having sex in the middle of the night!

The room amenities were nice but the walls (and ceilings/floors) were very thin and we heard the little dogs barking

Good location with lots of food options in the immediate vicinity. The hotel’s breakfast was pretty basic (waffles, grab n go egg sandwiches, yogurt, cereal, oatmeal). The property is new and everything is in great condition. No highway noise.

Modern and new, very comfortable. The pool was fantastic, best hotel pool set up I’ve seen

Only complaint was the carpet and tile floors in room weren’t as clean as should have been.

Room was perfect for our 6

Not much for breakfast and this was a deciding factor in choosing hotel. Staff seemed more interested in visiting with each other instead of talking with guests about refilling food products. Please don’t advertise things you aren’t providing.

Brand new

A/c was not maintaining proper temperature control in hallways and lobby

My room was perfect. The pool was amazing. One of the best pools I've been in at a hotel. Breakfast was the bomb.

Can't think of a thing.
