Front desk person was very kind and gave me some good advice where to park.

Television remote was disgustingly dirty

Breakfast bar was nice and clean. Enjoyed the stay.

Shower curtain should had been longer to keep water from getting all over the floor

Bed was very firm, handicap parking could have been better.

The toilet would not flush and they gave me a plunger. They required a deposit that I was not told me was required until I was checking in. They told me it would be refunded when I check out. I checked out on Monday morning and it still has not been.

Nice staff and very close to the soccer fields that the tournament was being held at.

Well that there was beautiful setup for the tv area that a big screen tv that didn?t work. So maybe invest in a new tv. But other then that everything was great.

The room was easily the best part of the hotel

I had to get a late check out as I was in Chattanooga Chattanooga for my brother's memorial which didn't start until 2PM @ the National Cemetery, Thank U

Rooms were clean and newly renovated

Wifi did not extend to our room, and the TV had no children's channels

The staff was friendly and attentive. Loved the balcony to the pool!

The door to the room we were in wouldnt shut properly, and the sofa bed was under par to say the least.

It was clean and ready. Staff was helpful.

The breakfast was very disappointing. They need to add quite a bit there.

We arrived very late, but check in was reasonably smooth. The lady running the desk was very friendly, even at that late hour. She was a true joy to deal with.

Beautiful & clean room & bath. Artwork displayed in hallways, lobby & breakfast room. The carpet was clean & unstained in the hallways. Breakfast was great compared to most other motels.

It was supposed to be a nonsmoking facility but someone near us was smoking so heavily it came into our room. The hallways were quite long but we needed exercise so it didn¿t matter. We found shorter routes after looking around a bit.

The bed was comfortable. The location was good. The lobby was very nice.

The light in the bathroom was hanging several inches from the ceiling. We went to breakfast at 8:30 and there was no food, juice or coffee left. Despite have quite hours posted there were kids running up and down the halls till 12am both nights.

I was able to have my therapy dog with me. The beds were comfortable. The staff sweet. I am surprised the Best western company lowered its standards so.

The door to the room was EXTREMELY DIFFICULT to open and shut. There was MOLD IN THE TUB, THE WATER WOULD NOT DRIAN IN THE TUB. The towels were old and small and ruff. The place is real rundown. I honestly felt embarrassed staying there.

The people managing the front desk were super nice and helped figure some issues out with our room.

The hotel is currently going though renovation so things were chaotic. Breakfast looked good but there were so many people crammed in one small room we went somewhere else. We had an issue with our room and it took them 45 minutes to figure it out.

Location and personnel was excellent. The hotel was still going thru renovations. The modern spotlights on both sides of bed, was very stylish and highly functional. The double shades on window were functional and attractive.

Here's the list: There were two spots where the carpet was unstretched; I tripped over it twice. The toilet had EXTRA LOW seating. Bathroom door needed adjusting. Toilet paper holder was BEHIND toilet seat on wall. The toilet stopped up.

The suite room size was perfect for our family of 4. The staff were incredibly welcoming and made sure our needs were met.

It should offer more selections for a hot breakfast like eggs & bacon/sausage & hash browns. The waffles were good, but need more options for those that don¿t care for them.
