- The size of the room was great. Love having a kitchen and living room. Also having two separate bedrooms is a big plus. The bathroom is very big. The location is great also.
- Directly on the boardwalk and the beach.
Cons -
- Elevator no working! End of Jan and put on 5th floor!! Entire building unheated in hallways in below freezing weather!!

- Unfortunately, the bedrooms weren't the cleanest. One of the bedrooms had trash behind the nightstand. There were stains on the carpet.
