Consistency, never a surprise always clean always best of service best staff. The cleaning staff is also so wonderful. They go above and beyond if you ask him to do something, they are so great. They just will take care of you. The front desk & manager
The staff the location, the size of the room, although the property is in desperate need of repositioning. I know that our economy is not great for that right now so technically the room was very clean considering the carpets and mints need replacing.
The staff is very helpful. The pool was clean. The hot tub was also clean and nice.

Cons -

The food the style of free breakfast is probably repeated by every hotel chain. I?ve been to that does this and it?s so blas�.
The breakfast could use some improvement
I miss having fresh towels every day. They did give me some when requested.

The staff is very helpful. The pool was clean. The hot tub was also clean and nice.

Staff was very helpful and enjoyed my interaction with them.

They didn't have any quarters available for the laundry facility. Two days in a row.

Hotel is conveniently located next to major highways so it is easily accessible. Hotel also has great restaurants nearby.

Walls were a little thin but not that big of deal.
