Aloft by Marriott Trophy Club Westlake

I tried to call down to the front desk many times from my phone in my room and no one picked up.

Front desk lady was extremely pleasant. Parking was easy . Easy access to highway.

The room has very strong new painting odor, it's very bad experience. It made me cough a lot in the night because of that odor.

No microwave in the room but hotel staff will heat up your items in employee Breakroom

Halls reeked of smoking but thankfully room was excellent! Clean, simple & modern. Very nice! Need more bar staff on weekends. it was busy & we only ordered once but got charged 2 extra times, which the hotel is refunding.

I love this place! The Aloft is unique in decor and service. The staff is super friendly and professional. I always have a great experience here.

I liked that it was new and it was different. They included extra touches like a pool table to make the environment more lively.

Staff was excellent in helping and hotel was new and very nice location.

Some of the room controls were difficult to understand how they worked. But I blame that on be our age and not up with newest technology.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable causing back pain. The water pressure from the faucet was very bad, barley any water coming through. The room was not cleaned thoroughly, there was dirt on the toilet and dirt in the sink.

The pool table and the awesome bartender!!

There is absolutely no shade in the pool area. You can smoke, but no ashtrays near a sitting chair. The breakfast menu, need to include more options for people who don’t eat pork. I would have loved some turkey or beef bacon.
