The hotel staff were very nice and informative

The hot breakfast was mediocre. Could have more options, but I will not let that keep me from staying again.. at least they had a breakfast

The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good.

The ice maker on our floor did not work

I specifically looked for a hotel with a hot tub and the hot tub was closed (looked like it had been for a while). Fitness center was also closed. I wish I could have known this when I booked.

Tape all over ceiling, Shower soap dispenser was empty, several spiders in bathroom. Have stayed in this hotel many times before around the 4th of July and pricing was very reasonable but this stay pricing was 4 times higher due to Taylor Swift, bullshit!

There was trash under the beds, tape on the ceiling, the breakfast selection wasn¿t the best, and the beds were uncomfortable.

The smell of marijuana greets you when you enter the second floor. It was never addressed by hotel staff. One of the beds in the room had several blood stains on the bedding. The heat only works at 78. Necklaces left in room weren¿t turned in by staff

Friendly, courteous, and helpful staff. Very clean and quiet hotel.

To state that the room had been cleaned was an under statement for the bathroom. The door handle had soap scum on both sides; the safety rail looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months the grim surrounding it. The shower wasn't very satisfying.

Upon checkout a lady at the desk was a bit rude thinking we were leaving without checking out. We were taking luggage to my car, then coming in for a breakfast bag and to checkout. I didn’t need to be run down to make sure I would checkout.

The room we stayed in for 3 nights at the Hampton Inn did not have a sm refrigerator,or a microwave. Choice Hotels all have sm refrigerators & microwave in the room for less money. The Maid service was not very good. Bathroom had only 1 roll toliet paper.

I placed the order for this room and apparently did not see the smoking room feature. We were assigned to a smoking room and could not change rooms. It was not too bad as this is a new hotel. Next time I will make sure I mark non smoking.

Great place to stay over when visiting Riverbend Music Center and a number of local Cincinnati attractions.

A large wedding party staying at the hotel had left the courtyard area littered with cigarettes on the ground. We instead had our breakfast in the lounge area. Not hotels fault, rather it was inconsiderate guests. I would stay there again.

Located right off the AA road. Nice and clean. Comfortable bed. Good, free breakfast.

Although the hotel itself was easy to see from the road at night, the driveway and where to turn off the main road was not lit up at all. There should be a "Hampton Inn" sign at the beginning of the driveway not just a little "street" sign.
