Location and friendliness. Its an old hotel and showing, but it?s well maintained. Good water pressure and plenty of hot water. It?s not fancy, but has everything you?d need to rest your head after a long day on the water.

Easy check in, clean room and peaceful location

left a little early, what they had there was fine. the room was also fine. the price was a little high for the accommodation comparably, but i guess the location might have been considered a higher end area? I just found it was near the coast and the restaurant was VERY close and a nice setting. we got a kinda cold day, but on a nicer day it would've been more enjoyable.

i'm not sure now how you could make the room a little more inviting. the "curtains" were a little janky. it was fine for a motel and i liked the big fish and how you made the room aquatic looking. the bed looked nice walking in..... n darn, we missed visiting the general store, it looked nice and inviting

Staff was friendly, hospitable. Loved the cat. Rooms were cleaned daily. Beautiful little town and scenery.

We could hear the people talking in the room next to us all night. Said free breakfast but there were not many options.

The inn sits in a great little sea side town that is a throw back to simpler times.

I could only stay two nights before moving on.

Staff super friendly to talk with. They communicate everything I needed to know about my stay in a timely manner. They made things easy. I was staying with my dog and felt completely safe and looked after. There is a great piece of grass across from the hotel for dog potty breaks and walking through town is pleasant, quiet and enjoyable.

The bed made some noise when I moved around but not overall a big deal.

Close to Chincoteague and beaches such a beautiful place came for the Artist open house tour such an amazing place. Pet friendly loved our babies. Wish had more time to use bikes or golf cart. Dog park close by was a bonus

Friendly and knowledgeable local staff. Many thoughtful extras: complimentary beverage on arrival, free use of bicycles in town, nice room decor. Fridge, micro, wifi. Comfortable bed. Charming and quiet location!!

Room was very humid due to broken ventilator in the bathroom, and smelled musty.

The staff was very welcoming and pleasant. The location was great.

The double bed mattresses are very hard and very uncomfortable. The walls are very thin and conversations can be clearly heard from people in the next room.

Convenient location to where my sister lives. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Mini frig.

The heat and AC compressors are shared with neighboring room so if they wanted heat or AC, your room was on the same.

the place looks like a slum motel from the 1930s. Beds are uninhabitable. The room had flies. The TV did not work. The location, in the middle of nowhere, is attractive, and the nearby restaurant excellent. Otherwise, do not go there.

This is small motel with a very rustic fish camp flavor. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The bed was comfortable, and the amenities were sparse. The room was clean. There is a big seafood restaurant across the street and coffee and sweets are offered in the office in the am. There are gas grills on the property to cook your trophies from the days fishing expedition.

The price was a bit high for the value of the accommodations.
