Chautauqua Harbor Hotel - Jamestown

The outdoor space was beautiful! Well manicured and clean landscape, being able to walk along the lake edge, and the huge fire pits made the outdoor space the best part of this hotel and exactly what you would want for an evening at the lake.

The beds were very hard and the pillows offered no support at all. Worst pillows I’ve ever used actually.

Checking into the property was a breeze. There is ample parking on the property. Hotel employee at the front desk and in the bar were both very friendly.

The indoor pool area. The hotel wasn't that busy since it was off season, but the pool is too small for the size of the hotel. It was difficult to use the hot tub (the main reason of booking this hotel), it isn't very relaxing

The hotel is huge and beautiful place. The room is also big and it felt like home. Lake view was amazing!

The entire place is just beautiful. No need to leave! Great service, clean, comfortable.

We paid for and booked a lake view room but got a room with a view of the parking lot.

The outdoor spaces need to be sprayed for bugs. We had bites on our ankles and legs after sitting on the outdoor couch. The lake quality at the end of the pier is quite dirty and smelly. Turn down service was offered at check in but was never received.

The hotel is beautiful. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. It was a very nice and relaxing trip. I loved how they have soft jazz music playing inside the hotel, and more upbeat music outside. This was our second time there and we loved it!

They should keep coffee and tea available All day for the guests. They should at least keep it available on the first floor. Or, they should put individual coffee pots in each room. They need to have a microwave available.

Staff was super friendly and accommodating. I only realized once I arrived that all the standard rooms only had showers with no bathtub. I expressed to the staff how I needed a bathtub for my daughter and they went above and beyond to accommodate my needs

For offseason, the room and rate was excellent. Liked the outdoor fireplace and indoor pool. Staff was excellent.

Staff was pushing mask if you can't wear one you can't It's not a law they can be sued.they were rude gave us 50 back for trouble should have refunded all .so guess I will blog this place till change takes place

Shower leaked water on floor I got out almost fell we ordered a room with a tub did not get it they called on a phone wanted there money for room payed for in advance not good .rooms were cheap made TILE DID NOT MATCH .TV GAVE CURTIAN CHANNELS

Very clean, rooms were a very nice size, outside areas were beautiful, food was great and the staff was excellent

It was a beautiful hotel with great amenities. Very conveniently located on the water and close to many restaurants and stores. The property was beautiful with so much to offer, nice restaurant, indoor and outdoor pool, indoor hot tub, outdoor fireplaces.

Nothing that we can complain about.
