Hampton Inn Buffalo-South/I-90

Very clean and quiet room. Great staff

Breakfast was just mediocre. Not many eggs, sausage looked like cut up hotdogs, potatoes were overcooked. Not much choice in danish.

The first room smelled of cigarette smoke. Staff was apologetic and switched to a different room, which had a dirty bathroom. During breakfast, I was given a very moldy Gluten-Free bagel. Would not stay here again.

The staff were super friendly and I like the location to the out patient surgical center.

Some of the baseboard in the hallways was missing. Other than that the room was clean, lobby was clean, staff was friendly.

Breakfast was not very good. Parking was very limited.

It¿s a regular and convenient stop for us. I have also noticed that they¿re updating the place, and it looks very nice. Very clean.

Room cleaning is not done on weekends unless requested. I was unaware of this and it was too late to request it

Room was damp feeling and carpet felt damp and sticky, but room was clean.

Great location, close to my son¿s baseball tournament.

Everything in our room was clean except the carpet and bathroom floor. I had to wear shoes so the soles of my feet wouldn¿t be black! Floors needed a good scrubbing.

Shower rod and curtain would not stay up. Had to take shower with no curtain.

It was sparkling clean, affordable, and very easy to access.

Pool made granddaughter break out in hive and took the color out of her new swim suit.

The head housecleaner asked me if I was going to check out? I said yes at 1 PM because I am a Dimond member. She rudely repeated 1 PM?! and then she huffed. Very rude! very unprofessional!

What I did not like about this hotel was the fact that there was nowhere we could wash our clothes and anything you needed. You had to go down to the lobby instead of just calling someone to come bring it.
