Pros +

  • The hotel is a cute Hawaiian theme. The staff was very helpful and nice. The pool was heated and provided pool towels. It was windy so we did not use the beach but it was on the beach so it was very good location. They provided beach chairs to use and also provided bikes to ride around Wildwood. A pleasant stay for our weekend.
  • Nothing
  • Beds are so comfortable it was very clean

Cons -

  • The rooms are dated and bathroom is very small. The shower/bathtub was creaking every time some on would get a shower. Our suite had a bedroom with a queen and full size bed and a living area with a sleep sofa. We had 6 people but it was a little tight. No true balcony but the front had chairs which were angled towards to beach which was nice.
  • Our room was dirty and the air conditioner was broken. We were moved to the Icona. During our 4 night stay we were required to move to two rooms. Then we were told they did not have a reservation for our 4th night which meant we needed to leave our vacation a day early. The general manager, Joshua, said he would refund our 4th night since they didn't have a room for us. He also said he would refund our 3rd night for the inconvenience. We have yet to see the refund for the 3rd night despite being told we would. We spoke to Joshua once about a week after our visit and he said he was processing our refund. It's now a month later and we still have not received the refund despite emailing and calling. No one will return our call. This was THE WORST vacation my family has ever been on. Booking.com was absolutely zero help.
  • A little pricey but you get a lot for your $

It offers the nicest pool and sun shade areas to lounge on comfortable loungers and chairs with tables. Access to beach excellent. Good music on outdoor speakers. Coffee in room was excellent. Refrigerator just the right size for your snacks and beverages. Beds very comfortable and sitting area roomy and comfy. Outside your room sitting area a lovely bonus. You really can’t ask for more in Wildwood Crest area!

A little pricey but you get a lot for your $
