Great location with restaurants a short walk away. Roomy king suite, comfortable bed, quiet location

Could not get on WiFi. Tub/shower could use an overhead light.

Hotel employee at the front desk was helpful, friendly, and professional.

Nice & helpful staff. Convenient location - close to Catalina state park & restaurants. Nice walking/biking trails behind hotel is a plus.

We got into the bed and within ten minutes I began to experience itching on my lower right abdomen. Many bites criss cross lines across my skin. Water stained ceiling and peeling drywall,

The cost-benefit ratio is amazing, even more considering it’s location in Oro Valley. Beds and pillows are comfortable and clean.

The breakfast is the same standard breakfast found in other chain hotels, with is not very good as a general rule.

The room was not serviced for 2 of the 4 nights. When it was serviced, a less than expected job was done. Wifi is terrible.

It is a one of the cleaner hotels that I have seen so far.

The elevator doors were carved with graffiti and the pool was in an uncomfortable location by the breakfast dining area.

The location was very convenient for us.

The hotel is a little dated but maintained pretty well. I have been disappointed in higher hotel prices and reduced service for several years now and this stay was another example of that.

Pool area could have been nicer with lounging chairs. Fountain needed cleaning as did pool.

Location was great. The hotel was very quiet. The morning breakfast was very good. The gentleman that runs that was so efficient and friendly.

there is NOT much to like about this hotel, NEVER staying here again, Way over priced for what you get, this hotel needs a big update.

here we go! pool very dirty could NOT use,bed NOT made every day' room cleaning cant get into room during day,one wash cloth for two people, electrical outlets worn out, cant charge phones, etc, one half of equipment in exercise room does not work,

The lady in charge of the breakfast this past Sunday could take a lesson from the man who was in charge of the breakfast the previous days we were there. She was very lacking in keeping the breakfast items stocked up, constantly running out of things.

The breakfast, the cleanliness and the two friendly housekeepers.

The desk clerk accused me of smoking in the room and disabled my key. This was extremely upsetting and I talked to the manager who reluctantly resolved the situation. The desk clerk tried to enforce the policies by herself and soured my Thanksgiving.

Hotel employee was so wonderful and attentive. She definitely cares about the guests. Even guests who were acting entitled She seriously needs a promotion. Breakfast was amazing with so many options. The view from our room was breathtaking.

It's my "go to" hotel. I stay here every time I'm in the area. Clean, safe, ideally located. Ask to stay on the pool side of the hotel for a view of the mountains.

The air conditioner did not have a constant fan option so it kicked off and on all night, which I do not like. The Swimming pool had a lot of floating bugs and very small.

Huge room and the price was great! All the staff I spoke with or even just passed by were very kind and friendly.

Nothing I didn't really like but there was some hair left in the bathroom. Overall was a very nice hotel, would go back.
