Beautiful location, very friendly staff, spacious rooms

There was a daily fee for Wi-Fi if not a Worldmark member.

Floors dirty. The bottom of our feet get black from being dirty.

This hotel is in a perfect location for me because it's near my son's home. Staff is very friendly and attentive. This is the 2nd time I've stayed at this hotel, and I will continue to stay here when I visit Oro Valley, AZ. Clean and spacious rooms!

Staff at the front desk greeted us warmly, gave us information regarding the property, restaurants and general questions. The unit is bright , nice kitchen, laundry room. The hot tub was located close to our unit.

The Murphy bed is less than comfortable.

Resort is difficult to locate especially after dark. But once the front desk was called they were very helpful in directing us to their location.

Great friendly staff! Nice pool and hot tub. Beautiful mountain view. They think of everything and anticipate your needs such as the room already has extra pillows and towels if needed. We bought wine at the store...there was even a cork screw!

Great location. Our two bedroom was perfect for us. We had everything we needed. The grounds/room were very well maintained. We would definitely come back.

They were resurfacing the pool and the noise was a little annoying.

This is a lovely resport with great amenities. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was spacious and clean. The kitchen had everything I needed. The view from my deck was stunning. The location was convenient for evrything I needed to do.

The reallly isn't anything bad to say about the resort. The trash bags in the kitchen could have been a little bigger. It would be great if they provided a separate container for recycling to encourage people to follow through.

Ready and easy check in. No issues. Unit was clean and comfortable. Close to visit the relatives but not in town. Very quiet. This is our second stay here and will be back.

Good value but I was given the worst unit in the entire property. Why? It wasn’t at all crowded.

10 feet from the entryway. No privacy at all so I could never open the window shades

What breakfast(?). Coffee in lobby was like warm. Coffee maker in room didn't work but got another one that did. At first fire place wasn't connecting but good maintenance guy fixed it...all good. Thank you.

Location and the comfort of the unit we stayed in. Facilities generally good although the work out room could use more equipment. Grounds and location of the property were quite good.

The front desk staff was initially a bit indifferent to our complaints about the first unit we stayed in. The first unit was right on the parking lot with very limited privacy & undesirable. It took some prodding of staff, but we were finally moved to a much nicer unit.

Size of room, pool, very clean and quiet. Perfect for our family.

Nothing we did not like. It was in a residential area which was different.
