Room was dark floors dirty bathroom moldy and bed broken down

Staff was courteous. Breakfast was pretty good.

Sold out on the room I booked, the sleeper sofa had 3/4 plywood screwed across the mattress so you couldn¿t use it. Thermostat is set at 74 and you cannot change it so we were sweating all night

I was given a room with no window, internet did not work, the mattress was incredibly soft and uncomfortable, the pillows were completely flat and useless. The furniture in place was dirty and disgusting. HORRIBLE experience.

Marysol at the front desk was very friendly and professional. Room was nice.

The location and it had a nice swimming pool.

You can here the noise from the hall, doors slamming, people talking. Small elevator.

Location is the only best thing about this hotel

Room¿s air conditioner was very noisy and there was a moldy smell in the room. Furniture was outdated. There was stains and tears on the ottomans. Bathtub was not clean, it had yellow stains on it.

Location was good for everything I needed to do in the area.

Have stayed here many times. It is definitely looking neglected. Public and pool areas are dirty. Band-aids floating in spa for days. The same trash an spills were left in the pool area from beginning of my stay until I checked out. Probably won¿t retur

Clean facilities and room. Excellent breakfast offered daily. Very convenient location.

The location was great as it was across the street from my business meeting, staff was helpful and friendly, bed was comfortable, breakfast had a wide variety of options

There were bugs all over my room! They call them "water beetles", Google them and you'll see they're essentially tiny cockroaches **shudders**. They were in the sink, bathtub, all over the corners of the tile, there was even one inside my pillow case.

Hotel was old. Wallpaper peeling off walls, worn out carpet, bathroom completely gross.

The hot tub was cold when we got there but they did get it warmer by around 10 pm, it was steamy in the morning but alas we had to leave

The hotel poses as non-smoking and there are no smoking signs but there are 2 heavy concrete outdoor ashtrays next to the swimming pool, plus an ashtray built into an outdoor trash can next to the swimming pool. Smokers were seen smoking cigarettes there

Beautiful surroundings, convenient location, nice breakfast included in price

Not a dislike, but hotel rooms are a bit dated, musty. Not a deal breaker, but a bit disappointing.

The location to everything in town

Our room smelled so musty and the pool looked like it hadn¿t been cleaned in awhile. Made my kids get out of it immediately

Location is close to where I needed to be. (It would not necessarily be an ideal location for the average person in the area for leisure/tourism, but it served my specific needs on this trip.)

Breakfast was a little sparse, but at least there was something. The pool was not very appealing, but hotel pools often are not.
