Cons -

Room had holes in the wall. Girlfriend got bed bug bites. Had to take her to ER. No refund or partial refund.
Yes..the refrigerator had food in there from someone else. The bed had bugs that bit my lower legs and my arms. I had to go to the emergency room to get antibiotics. I am still itching all over.
Wanted to charge me for a normal dirty towel. No maid service. Will never stay there again.

I was pleasantly suprised about the state and size of our room. We also stayed for 2 nights. And i didnt expect them to come clean the room for us after the first, but they did! And that was a nice thing to come back to.

Really just that the fridge in our room didnt work but i know if we'd have asked they'd have happily replaced it with a working one. But sense we really didnt need it, it wasnt a big deal.
