Comfort Inn & Suites Fort Worth West I-30 NAS JRB

Clean and well kept. Decent breakfast buffet, just about average but no great shakes, minimal choices. Location and price met my needs. Restaurants are somewhat of drive for higher end restaurants.

No, the room was large and comfortable. Room was not serviced for 3 days but it didn't bother me as I was solo.

Personnel were very polite and helpful and nice

It was not clean at all. Dust everywhere specially in the room on and inside the furniture

When I showed up to check the room that was given to me was dirty. There was dirty towels on the bathroom floor and the room looked like it was currently occupied. The second room we were given wasn¿t any better. The sofa bed had no sheets & it was nast

It's a gem in otherwise rough suburb of Ft Worth. We drove around the area & thought it was the best option. We were pleasantly surprised at the security, cleanliness & courtesy we found. And breakfast was delicious!

There was a strange smell each time we entered the room but if quickly dissipated especially once the fan started circulating the air.

For the price the room was nice and clean. Its about 15 min. from the Fort Worth Zoo.

Very nice clean hotel with great location.

It gets a bit noisy I was by the elevators and it a little annoying but not a deal breaker.

Courteous professional staff, clean modern rooms at reasonable prices makes this a good value.

Location easy off/on expressway

Ice maker 3rd floor out side my room. Guest talking and getting ice at 230 am and no breakfast because of covid situation.

Was able to relax and rest. Slept 12 hours comfortable.felt very safe.

Fridge in my room was dirty. The trash can by the door that you enter from back parking lot was overflowing and trash was everywhere on the ground my entire 5 night stay. Definitely lacking in the cleanliness department. Staff were not very friendly.

It was completely non smoking. You cannot get into the hotel unless you have a reservation ( temp COVID restriction) The beds were so comfortable.

it was nice and clean and the staff very friendly. Bed was very comfortable and I slept well. Hotel was very quiet.

The drapes were fixed so that they could not close and left the room open to people seeing into the room from outside & also let the sun in from very early in the morning.

Free newspaper and breakfast.

Saw a large cockroach in my room. Next to Air Force base with a half a dozen extremely loud jet fighters flying very low directly over the hotel several times a day.

Arrived to find that the elevator was not working. My husband has knee issues and we had to climb stairs carrying all our luggage. Front desk never asked to help or anything. He hardly spoke and acted like he was bothered that he had to help us.

Enjoyed my stay staff was excellent. Only downfall was the water pressure in showers it was very low

The front desk staff members were very friendly.

The bathroom had mildew growing and the fixtures in the room were very dusty.

We were at the hotel because of hurricane Harvey. The manager was excellent in supplying his own laptop computer to assist me in my business while away. Hotel employee was very helpful as was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was newer and clean.

The hotel was is a great location to get to the Fort Worth Convention Center. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice and the beds were great!

It was clean, staff was friendly and easy check in
