No cold tea available at the small store inside. They usually have it there.

The first room smelled so bad of mold I went back to the front desk and requested another room they moved me to room next door that still smelled of mold but not as bad , sick for two days after staying there

The front desk staff was nice and very helpful. The room was clean and i was surprised at the amenities. I'll definitely book again.

For me, the only thing i gave it a less than 10 rating for was the location. I was in fort worth and chose that as a location but it was not in the same area. May be an app issue.

Big rooms with full fridge & stove.

I liked that it was pet friendly and free washer and dryer.

They only except certain cards for $25 incidental deposit. No cash either. I had to wait 4 hours until I could locate someone who had a qualifying card that could do me the favor.

$16 parking and $11 Wi-Fi If you have a corporate account it¿s a good hotel to stay but for a personal traveler not worth it. They gave me a room next to the high speed elevators and I was able to here they going up and down all night down.

It was extremely noisy. Especially the noise from the room above us. Another guest complained about the same issue at checkout. We were also charged twice for the same room.

Very clean and quiet. Very easy check-in. Already had all the forms made up ready for my signature. The room was nice and cool when I got there which is important when it is way above 100 degrees.

Location. Loved that it was right off the freeway and near many food places. Check in was quick. Room was spacious and clean.

Room was dingy and looked cheap. It smelled bad. Carpet was stained and looked dirty, tile portion was sticky. Whoever rated this as a ‘3.5 star’ should have their head examined.
