- The location
- It was located exactly where I needed to be in Gahanna. The staff were superb and kind. They agreed for me to check out at 3pm which was unbelievably generous of them.
- Good location
Cons -
- There was nothing that I liked besides the location. KATLYNN lied to me, I called her twice the day before my arrival to make sure we had two Queen beds, she assured me there was, the day of arrival no double beds, just one King. This made our stay horrible and the rooms for handicap is definitely not handicap. We had to call fire department to get my brother out of bed, and toilet. I give this hotel & staff 0, especially Kaitlyn
- The shower in the bathroom had a little problem
- They were unable to provide me a receipt for my stay and told me I would receive the receipt via e-mail and I still have not received a copy of the receipt.
